Looks delicious! Can't wait to try. So I cooked boneless, skinless thighs. So would I just do 20 mins? 10 on each side?

Yes boneless would be fine. I would watch close and use meat thermometer to check half way. Skinless are still juicy too, but will lack a crispy effect without the skin. the combinations of seasonings will still taste excellent!
