Andre completely turned his life around and in the process won a few majors and got marriage to a nice woman, who happen to be a great champion and now are living a nice life, married with children and happy. Congrats Andre, well done.
It is fantastic to see such love and devotion from two very accomplished professionals. The longevity of their union shows how grounded they are in their marriage, belief, and their vows. Such an inspirational couple!

It's true that she is not conventionally beautiful, but Holy Shit is she attractive!!
She's got something that Sabatini never had, and that is personality. This is the key to attraction: someone can be physically beautiful like Gaby, but if nothing comes from them personality wise, then they lose their attractiveness.
I admire Steffi for never having a nose op. Such a strong woman.
I never realized how attractive Graf is and I don't mean only her physical appearance, she's very pretty, but rather her demeanor, how she carries herself. talks, etc. Glad to hear that her and Agassi are still together.

Two of my tennis heroes, had their posters on my bedroom walls as a kid. Amazing tennis players, and it's so great to see that fame, money and success hasn't changed them, they appear to be two great and wonderful human beings. Two amazing people, thank you for the many memories!❤️

Andre and I are about the same age. I met him at a Nick Bolletieri tennis camp in '84. He was just there because Bolletieri was his personal coach. He didn't participate in the camp, I mean he was so much better than everyone else it was ridiculous. I went on to be a good HS player who played a little in college but never amounted to more than just 'some guy.' And he went on to be, well, Andre Agassi! Seeing the man he's become is so cool and I admire him greatly to this day.
The way they look at each other while the other one is speaking - my God, I can't find an appropriate word in my limited vocabulary to express that feeling ❤️❤️

I was a huge Steffi fan. I loved following her and watching her play. She has always been a class act. She still looks great too.
I love Steffi's overall tennis game, the most carefully crafted game, not the all out power game we see today, which frankly can get boring ... a tennis game with true finesse, for me the greatest woman's tennis player ever. It is inspirational how much love they have for one another.

They re so sweet, Great legends, players, human beings! Steffi is always gonna be my number one and Andre is always gonna be a special player for me I grew up watching them, changing the sport, fashion: Every kid wanted to look like Andre in the late 80's early 90's he was the " cool dude"- " the rebel, the fun guy" in the boring tennis scene.

I'm in love with her nose and the fact she's never altered it.
Her nose was unconventional but never ugly. When she wore her hair tied back in a pony tail her profile was actually gorgeous, big nose and all.
Right !!! Unlike Jennifer Grey who changed her nose so that nobody could recognize her anymore.
She's still gorgeous! I'm not a fan of tennis, but the first time I saw her with the ponytail and serious look I was a fan. I tried to watch her whenever she was playing. She hasn't change in all these years, still a doll!
I'm currently reading Agassis' bio! It's amazing how he talks about Steffi! What a great couple they make!
I love the part where he describes his first "date" with Steffi...that lasts 3 weeks!
When you see love like this, life seems so worthwhile.
Steffi's game was the very most best hands down of any female player back then or now.
She couldn't attack with her backhand but she covered it up well. She was as mentally tough as anybody. I still remember one match though where she and Arantxa Sanchez Vicario were going at it on a hot day. Now Sanchez Vicario couldn't hit a forehand within 30 mph of Graf's rockets, but she ran like a hare and never got tired. She was like a human backboard that day and finally she returned one forehand too many and you could see Steffi think to herself "OK that's it. I don't want to be out here anymore." After that the rallies were short and Arantxa closed out the set and match. That's still one of my favorite matches ever. But I've always admired Steffi and I hope she and Andre keep being happy together.

Also just finished the Open bio. I was pretty dazzled, and completly hooked, and I'm no big tennis nut. It was extremely involving, and you could do a lot of relating to his struggles as a kid. Written masterfully, it's a real page turner. Only problem is...you don't want to stop reading...and then you're done all too soon. Just excellent.s
