Correction: Motorstorm was in the launch window in Japan, but not the rest of the world until it's release in 2007, so I was thinking it was in North America and that doesn't seem to be the case.
If I remember correctly I got Resistance Fall Of Man and Motorstorm as part of the bundle with my PS3 on launch. I was blown away by both. Resistance also became my first online shooter, it's multiplayer was incredible. Something that I got so addicted to I still play that online shooter genre now.
Fun Fact: What was shown for killzone 2 was a *Made for internal showing only* on what "next gen" could look like. When Ken kutaragi said it was in the game footage at E3, their jaw dropped in horror back at the studio. You can learn more in the horizon zero dawn documentary. In short, it was not meant to be shown that way.
Oh yeah I started to see a nugget from that after I posted the video, everyone handled it very poorly that were pay grades above the individual devs I'm sure.
Ken never said that, Jack Tretton did at E3. No one's jaws dropped I think it was Geoff Keighly interviewing him and he seemed very sceptical. Cool story bro.
@RoyBrown777 Yes it was Jack that was my mistake. So long ago. As for their (Guerilla games) jaws dropping, just a figure of speech in that they were shock and caught off guard it's literally on video with Angie smets. "What did he just say? It's not true! Then we figured, nobody will believe that, because it's obvious that it's all pre-rendered" Thanks for the Jack Trenton correction. As for the rest, cool story bro.
You are so right my man. When I bought these games back in the day. I was playing them on a 32 inch tv. Now I'm playing them on a 75 inch TV with 5.1 SS and it's a totally different experience. Resistance 2 and Killzone 2, on a big screen OMG these games are phenomenal.
Don't know what to say man, I get your arguments about Killzone 2, but I think is actually the best of all three. All that thing about 2-weapons only or characters etc, didn't affect me at all, or didn't cared about. I think we just enjoyed different aspects of those games. The thing that scared me the most was all the internet talk about lousy framerate or its substantial lag (I thought you're gonna mentioned that btw), but after an hour or so of gameplay I totally forgot about that, the game was so visceral/intense and well thought out. One thing that I appreciated was how believable and "real" were characters interaction and dialog, it felt like actual dialog taken from real soldiers, with what they care and talk about in reality (former soldier myself), and not what developers think soldiers talk about. Killzone 1 and 3 didn't had that.
Yeah I can respect that, I really do like the game a lot regardless, I just had some complaints. The framerate I don't harp on because it's SO ambitious and beautiful that I'm just realistic about it, and the input lag if I didn't address it I do in the next video covering Killzone 3 which pretty much fixed it. Thanks for your service, I'm a veteran as well 🤝

Folklore is a great game stuck on the PS3. I wish they would remake it. Many of the cutscenes did not have the full cinematic treatment with voice acting. A remake would be incredible. The music, atmosphere, and storyline were outstanding.
@@adamkarimian7137 How is it overrated? It had a good critical reception, fairly innovative gameplay (also thanks to the motion-sensing controller being used at its fullest), a gorgeous artistic design and a very unique story and setting. Golden era of gaming was way before that. That era already began to show staleness, but more and more games that began to follow strict rules. Like how many 3rd person shooters came out that era? MotorStorm was a good game. That game and Resistance were my first 2 games on the PS3. Well, that's because when I got my PS3, it came with those games. It was the fat model 80GB hard drive. It would have been cool for MotorStorm to get a rerelease but it didn't help that Evolution Studios gpt shut down after their PS4 game Driveclub.
MotorStorm had major replay value in my opinion. Plenty of fun. I used to play it on that crazy 24" Playstation TV every single day, and the Playstation TV power supply would turn off, and I still enjoyed that game! 😅
I remember resistance fom was pretty creepy when I was a kid because the games tone looks black and white. That along with the chimera looking really aggressive make it creepier. Despite that I played the hell out of it single player and co op with my brothers.
Motorstorm is worth getting for the soundtracks alone. I don't usually listen to this type of music, but it's such a nice vibe. BTW, I really recommend you try Motorstorm: Pacific Rift. Motorstorm, Warhawk, Wipeout HD and Resistance:FOM will always be in my heart. After watching this I think I will play Killzone 2 on my 65" OLED with 7.1 surround, haven't touched the game since I beat it at launch but I forgot how pretty it is.
Thanks to emulation these games are able to be preserved. Let’s hope the rumors about the PS5 getting PS3 emulation are actually real. One of the biggest flaws with their is the lack of backwards compatibility. If the PS5 would let you play disks from their MASSIVE back catalog I’d buy one yesterday. Unfortunately, that’s not the case, and most of the PlayStation games I want to play are from the PS2/3 generation so I don’t really have an incentive to buy the PS5. Thankfully, my new gaming laptop is strong enough to run them. Going to enjoy Ratchet and Clank, LittleBigPlanet, Resistance, Simpson’s Hit and Run, and others.
Speaking of emulation there’s this thing being worked on called Xwine1. It’s not really emulation. The Xbox One runs on a stripped down version of Windows, and Xwine1 adds a compatible mitt layer that makes those games playable on normal Windows computers. It’s so where near an acceptable state for release. It’s just something really cool that will be great for preservation down the line. Also, PS4 emulation seems to be progressing at a crazy rate because people are so eager to play Bloodborn and Sony outright refuses to port it to pc. It’s pretty crazy what hobbyists driven by passion (and in some cases spite) are able to do. Unfortunately, I don’t know if my computer would be strong enough to run that.
Great list, these and God of War Ascension are on my list too! Resistance 3 was a great game. I'll try the Motorstorms again for sure at some point, everyone says that they are super fun games, I never mastered them.
I’ve own a ps3 since it was released and always bought the resistance games on day 1 but for some reason never played them. I recently just a few months ago I decided to play the trilogy and I hate myself for not playing these games when they were released. I wish we could get some remasters for all 3 games with a resolution bump and locked 60fps but that probably won’t happen. Killzone trilogy is another series I wish it would get a remaster
Also I'm hoping the amount I commented increases reach because I really enjoyed your video. A great analysis and video choices for the games I'm nostalgiac for
It makes me so damn sad that I knew it was all the games i enjoyed and fell in love with gaming that generation.. How much i would love to see these games remastered so the people who missed out on them can see how much fun they are, especially motorstorm apocalypse, i bought that with mlb the show 12 which was another great game with the 3d sony monitor at the time i bought.
I am a long time PC gamer. Recently I purchased a super slim ps3 to play some exclusives. I started with the Killzone 1, and I mostly didn't enjoyed it. The player movement, gun controller were not precise. Checkpoints were like there to punish player, I had to re-kill again and again same enemies. I just give up playing it until I realized I was only 5 minutes of gameplay to beat it after watching a gameplay video. I thought I am really used to K&M and am really bad at gamepad for FPS. I decided not to buy any FPS on it first. Then I played COD Ghosts, controls were surprisingsly well. Then I played BF Bad Company and Resistance Fall Of Man finally. Latter ones changed my mind about FPS with a gamepad. Resistance was really good.
Yeah Killzone definitely has some rough edges, most PS2 shooters do so I get it. Even though I stopped playing online recently, there's just something about how COD controls that hardly any other shooters are able to capture on a controller the same way.
AFRIKA is stuck on PS3 as well. I consider myself one of the foremost experts on it. Not only because I have a Platinum, which I don’t necessarily means you’ve actually played it, but I’ve been following it since its reveal trailer. And it took me at least 5-6 years to get the Platinum.
@ I highly recommend it. It would actually be a great subject to cover one day in your channel as far as PS3 games go. It hovers over $125 on ebay I have an original an original American copy. It’s also known as Hakuna Matata in Japan. It’s full of Sony licensed cameras and lenses that you use to take pics of African animals. Some of the missions are VERY hard to S tier.
Don't forget about how agressive are the opponents in motorstorm, they make the Game way much harder, I love them so much, I think motorstorm is the dark souls of racing games
The Final Fantasy 13 trilogy is also stuck on the PS3. They got some hate at the time for their linearity, but I think they have held up well due to great graphics and a fun story. Heavenly Sword, Folklore, and Puppeteer are also great games you can’t play anywhere else.
@@RetroMediaRoom yeah, mostly that the trailer is really washed out and lacks artstyle, but it probably is technically better, more polys and so on, but to me it's just really ugly
Killzone 2 servers are up again, I just find about it today. I'm not sure how that happened but I'm sure I'm going back on it, it was one of the best mp games ever. I had a blast while chasing platinum and that 1% online trophy.
Resistance Fall of Man sold a lot more copies than it should have and let me explain why. This game was one of the first to be released on PS3. It had an original piece of code in the opening sequence that allowed you to bypass any and all patches, then play online. So after Modern Warfare 2 took out the 1v1 mode you could still play it with Resistance Fall of Man. You would delete all patches for a game, you out Resistance Fall of Man in the machine until it gets to main menu, then switch discs to any other game - No prompt to update before launching. Only Resistance could do this and it was a problem PlayStation were never able to patch.
@@RetroMediaRoom I bought Resistance Fall of Man just to bypass patches on PlayStation games and many others did too. I never actually played the game itself. I do know that the games ability to bypass patches was a major problem for them, and it was never resolved.
@@BillyMcMorran to be realistic though, that was unlikely directly why it sold well overall, I'm sure it boosted it a bit but that's a niche that the majority don't know about.
The Resistance series alone is awesome, i cant umderstand why it isnt rereleased on the PS4 or 5. Awesome Game. Resistance Retribution os the only thing they released. I hope the release the rest.
I always love the Resistance series especially Resistance 3 which is my favorite! The original Killzone was never that good every sequel is better than the first one. This video reminded me how impressive where those games in their time, I still own them all but remasters of all this excellent series are better choices than a Remaster of a already looking great game like Horizon Zero Dawn!
I've been begging into the void for a Resistance trilogy PC remaster since 2014. Killzone series is a close second. I was kind of hopeful when Sony started bringing their newer titles to PC, but sometimes seeing the state of them...idk.
MGS4 was on PSNow/PS Plus Premium (along with the first 3 titles and Peacewalker) but were removed like a month before the re-release of 1 - 3 in the PS digital store. Sony loves to remove titles from PS Plus whenever a sequel or remaster of a game is set to release. They think it will entice people to buy it at price in anticipation of the upcoming sequel/remaster. Honestly, the only two games from that era I really wish they would put on PSPlus is the Chronicles of Riddick games. I only played thru the second one (Dark Athena) once and wouldn't mind playing it again.
Not an ounce of doubt Resistence 4 would be a banger if they ever launched it. Surprised the franchise just lived and died on ps3 especially when im pretty sure IGN gave 3 a solid rating.
@@DJPUPPETMASTER-RESURRECTED- MGS4 was a major disappointment. Ten years of unanswered questions all explained with, “They injected nanomachines in me.” What a letdown. MGS2 was ruined by Raiden, and MGS4 was ruined by nanomachines. And I thought MGS3 was just boring, and the camera sucked in the jungle (but I heard they fixed that in subsistence.) And I never played MGS5. MGS1 on the ps1 was a masterpiece, though. And Metal Gear 1&2 on the MSX were really good for their time. And I really liked MGS: Ghost Babel on the Gameboy Color. But Metal Gear Solid 1 on ps1 is really where the series peaked. Kojima really fumbled the ball with Raiden in MGS2 and the nanomachines in MGS4.
Fans: Please remaster beloved titles abandoned on PS3. Sony: Best we can do is remasters of PS4 games that are nearly identical to the original versions which are still available on current hardware anyway. That said, MGS4 is definitely gonna be in Vol.2 of the MGS Collection before long. And I feel slightly offended that Infamous 1/2 didn't make your list.
Finally, someone agrees that Killzone 3 was a great improvement over 2. I don't get why Killzone 2's the fan favorite of the series. I love the Resistance, and Motorstorm trilogies. I have the MGS Legacy Collection as well. Raiden's one of my top game characters. Infamous 2's my favorite PS3 exclusive.
@RetroMediaRoom motorstorm pacific rift was the one I played the most it's been years since I've played them though and I usually don't like racing games.
Ever since the PS5 came out. I never went back to Sony. And with the colossal failure of Concord. Sony had one job to bring back and invest in Socom, Resistance and MAG. Instead, they wasted all the money in “Live Service trash 🗑️ “. I miss Killzone and Resistance. I even played the Killzone 3 beta and the full game was amazing. Great story and fantastic graphics. The PlayStation move system was solid.
I believe Metal gear solid 4 Along with Peace Walker and Metal gear 5 will be part of the Metal gear collection Volume 2, but of course i could be wrong. Killzone and Resistance series however...seem to be in SONY Jail :/ and instead they are making remasters of games that already look very good and are acessible to us from the PS4 era, Days Gone , Horizon Zero Dawn and probably even others we dont need. Where are the Resistance, Killzone, Motorsport, Infamous, Ratchet & Clank series? F.E.A.R , The Darkness, Operation flashpoint games would be very fun in next gen systems but those are not from Sony studios, and some older ps2 games would be amazing but almost impossible to get, like The Getaway, Ace combat older games, SOCOM, Burnout.
Agreed, it's sad why they've been abandoned by Sony. To be fair though, F.E.A.R. and The Darkness are all backwards compatible on Xbox Series X/S so that's very nice.
@@RetroMediaRoom I actually have the series X too, always wanted to play the few good xbox titles since the 2000s, got it in a very good promotion and some good games also available for PS3 are there , but i prefer PS, and with PS premium The darkness games are actually there, only the first FEAR and Resistance 3 though but streaming is not the same thng as most people know... At least slowly some good oldies are coming back to PS5, Ghosthunter(since June)is a good example of great one from the PS2 era but there is still a long road to go.
Heavenly Sword and the original Infamous games are good examples, but the Uncharted trilogy thankfully are already remastered on both PS4 and PS5 so they aren't stuck anymore.
If you’ve ever worked for a large company you know they will have archaic policies which don’t get questioned. I suspect that they hold certain games captive because of something like that.
Resistance games are kinda unplayable with how choppy the frame rate is but rest of the line ups are golden. Make sure to include games like Guitar Heroes/Rockband, PS Move games and rail shooters that are stuck in the past and most likely won’t return
Their framerates tend to be a pretty normal 30fps for the time, I would hardly call that unplayable. But, if they remastered them we would have new options yes.
I can’t remember the last time I’ve been amazed by graphics maybe the release of Red Dead 2. Nothing really looks great to me anymore at least. Particularly COD.
Thankfully ps3 emualtors are much better now, I've played Resistance Fall of Man with it, the emualtor is called RPCS3, I've tested this on a Macbook Pro M3 pro. :)

Been playing Killzone 3 for part 2 and it's pretty incredible, they deserve to be remastered.
Also I'm hoping the amount I commented increases reach because I really enjoyed your video. A great analysis and video choices for the games I'm nostalgiac for
Thank you! I hope to make more soon 🙏
What's been weighing on my mind lately is the idea of these older consoles dying and nobody having the parts to fix them anymore 😔
Killzone 2 online 😭😭 i miss it
It's online again.
You can play it online just change the DSN. Be warned people really good at that game lol
Killzone 2 is great
Honorable mention: SOCOM Confrontation. May have not been as popular as the PS2 titles but it was played the hell out of by many!
Yeah I have the original 3 PS2 SOCOMs and need to play them.
Great video mate, loving the content!
Thank you!! 😀
I can easily say I've never played that game, I'm not even sure I've ever seen it in person 😅
I’m happy that we’re getting Tales of Graces F soon.
Don't forget about how agressive are the opponents in motorstorm, they make the Game way much harder, I love them so much, I think motorstorm is the dark souls of racing games
Oooooh I like that label, the Dark Souls of racing games 😃
The Final Fantasy 13 trilogy is also stuck on the PS3. They got some hate at the time for their linearity, but I think they have held up well due to great graphics and a fun story. Heavenly Sword, Folklore, and Puppeteer are also great games you can’t play anywhere else.
Thankfully the FF13 trilogy is also on Xbox Series X through backwards compatibility and they play better than ever that way.
I think the final Killzone 2 actually looks better than the prerendered trailer
In certain instances it does.
@@RetroMediaRoom yeah, mostly that the trailer is really washed out and lacks artstyle, but it probably is technically better, more polys and so on, but to me it's just really ugly
It's time to celebrate, a video that actually has all the games that I own lol.
It's a good feeling isn't it? 😅
How Killzone 2 and 3 graphical quality is possible on PS3 still confuses me
EXACTLY! 😅
even more confusing is God of War Ascension
The weight of Killzone was unmatched. Every bullet felt like it hit like a bus.
I loved Killzone 2's multiplayer. I'd still play It if they ported It to PC or PS5.
I'm sure many people would agree, I never got to check it out myself.
Interesting, I've never heard about that.
Remasters that I want are Folklore which is my favorite PS3 Game and Puppeteer
I've never played those, you're not the first to mention them.
Resistance games, Motorstorm Pacific Rift and MGS4 men, I would buy those games remastered again day one
Turns out I have Motorstorm Apocalypse and not Pacific Rift so that's on my list of must buy games right now.
I literally just bought a PS3 just to play the Resistance trilogy again, I love this games!
That's awesome! 👏
Never beat RFOM solo i always had my cousin tony who was always down to game with me. 🎮
Co-op is always so much fun 😃
Metal gear solid 1&4 are absolute masterpieces
They really are, I love Kojima's work.
heavenly sword is one of my old classic favorite
Warhawk my favorite game of all time. We need a remaster.
Very cool game!
The Resistance series alone is awesome, i cant umderstand why it isnt rereleased on the PS4 or 5. Awesome Game. Resistance Retribution os the only thing they released. I hope the release the rest.
Agreed, I hope we see more.
the puppeteer and rain are also ps3 hidden gems
Never played the resistance franchise on PS3. Crazy I missed out on this series.
Easily some of Sony's best, I hope they do something with them 🙏
Metal gear solid legacy collection was the last game I bought for my PS3 before it broke. I never even got to play it😢
Man that sucks! Hopefully you get another PS3 😢
@@RetroMediaRoom I did lol but years later. The game sat on my shelf taunting me for years
I still have metal gear solid metal edition and motorstorm got gold in every race it was hard!
Oh yeah they're challenging racers 😳
Resistance and Motorstorm were two great framchises
They really are 😃
I always love the Resistance series especially Resistance 3 which is my favorite! The original Killzone was never that good every sequel is better than the first one. This video reminded me how impressive where those games in their time, I still own them all but remasters of all this excellent series are better choices than a Remaster of a already looking great game like Horizon Zero Dawn!
Yeah it's frustrating how Sony isn't listening to their fans.
Resistance was my 1st ps3 game too
It's a great way to start the PS3 journey 😀
I played resistance fall of man online until call of duty came out. Almost 2 years of just this game online many great people I meet playing this game
I played a session or two with my cousin, it was pretty fun!
I've been begging into the void for a Resistance trilogy PC remaster since 2014. Killzone series is a close second. I was kind of hopeful when Sony started bringing their newer titles to PC, but sometimes seeing the state of them...idk.
Fingers crossed they actually give the people what we want 🤞
If you buy a retrotink. You have important graphics with large libraries of ps3, you will have instant 4k game collections like ps4/5 remastered
I've been happy with my mClassic, but I'll eventually get something like the Retrotink as well.
I'd add Split Second to this list. One of the best, most fun racing games with such a great premise and unfortunately never made it off the PS3.
Thankfully the Xbox 360 version is backwards compatible on Xbox Series X/S.
It's on the pc
I would add Infamous 2 to the list. Great game!
Oh yeah, it's going to be a future video 😀
I would definitely buy a Resistance remake/ remaster, I loved this game.
Me too! Imagine of they put out a trilogy set 😃
Everyone is crying about Sony doing remasters. Just because it's a game you want remastered it's cool now? Interesting
@@based-ys9um Yeah I've never complained about remasters the way many have for years, I'm usually pro preservation.
Resistance fall of man was game i got with my ps3 on launch day
It was an exciting launch title 😀
I'm glad I had my old ps3 jailbreak and played all of these games for free and don't care if it ever comes to ps5 or pc
I've never been inclined to do that to my consoles 🤷🏼♂️
But to be fair when a console is dead and abandoned, I say fair game.
The original Infamous trilogy (1, 2, festival of blood) is also great and still ps3 exclusive.
New video coming seen with some Infamous 💪
Motorstorm Pacific Rift is amazing
My new copy just came in, I'm cooking up another PS3 video 💪😀
Ridge Racer 7 is stuck on the PS3 and I fear it’ll forever be stuck on that platform 😔
I just want them to make Army of TWO available to play on the ps5 it’s such a legit local two player game.
Yeah I knew a few buddies that really liked that game.
still have resistance and MGS 4, kept all the ps3 games i have
Sweet! 👍
Not an ounce of doubt Resistence 4 would be a banger if they ever launched it. Surprised the franchise just lived and died on ps3 especially when im pretty sure IGN gave 3 a solid rating.
Sometimes the franchises and new IPs they push versus the ones they abandon just don't like up with what makes sense.
MGS4 needs a remaster the most,Praying for Master Collection Vol 2 to include it
Fingers crossed 🤞
@@thevideogamecabinet3681 I loved MGS4 in its entirety but yeah I never understood why Kojima forced Raiden in MGS2 instead of Snake
@@DJPUPPETMASTER-RESURRECTED- what about the nanomachines, though? Didn’t you think that was lame?
@@thevideogamecabinet3681 No
I have metal gear 4 guns of the Patriots and I just ordered Batman origins 😊
Sweet! 👏
I've literally just just finished capturing the gameplay for Infamous, it's going to be part 3 after I do a Halloween themed video.
Yea The fact that there is no killzone zone on PS VR2 is almost criminal😂 also no heavenly sword?!
Man Killzone in VR would be CRAZY Lol!
They still haven’t topped the glass breaking effects of the first resistance
Yeah that's such a hit or miss effect in video games and they did that really well 😅
Motorstorm needs a PS5 remake, I would purchase immediately.
Yep and that's why I make this content, for people like us that want good games to not be left behind.
Same here, I've also felt alone with that opinion Lol!
The very next video I cover Killzone 3 if you're interested 😀
Because the story is worse than Killzone 2, the ending is ridiculous
KZ2 was the fan favorite because of it's multiplayer, which is one of the best ever on any platform or generation.
It’s really sad that Sony just seems to have forgotten about ps3 there are so many series and games that would be great on current gen there.
It's nuts honestly 😑
Konami have been aware of MGS4 being stuck on PS3 for ages now. Must be a nightmare trying to rewrite the code. It'll happen one day.
Yeah everyone is all but 100% certain that the collection volume 2 will feature it.
Don’t forget about the Fight Night series. It’s really stuck and has no chance of acquiring all the licensing agreements to be remastered on ps5
Yeah those were graphical showcases back in the day.
@@RetroMediaRoom ya ikr! Could you imagine how clean it would look on ps5!!!
They need to do a ps5 remaster of resistance 1-3 it would sell like crazy
It really would, I don't know what they're thinking not tapping into these goldmines.
MGS4 I still need to finish that for my PS3
I have a laundry list of games I need to finish 😩
@@RetroMediaRoom I bought Red Dead 1 for PS3 after completing 2, just need to catch Dutch now.
@@BGRUBBIN so happens, I was just playing a bit of Undead Nightmare on my Xbox Series X today 😀
@@RetroMediaRoom I hope RD1 comes out as remaster later on. In the meantime, I will play RD2 again because I saved over my 90hr file by accident.
P.A.i.N is underrated
Hmmm you're not the first one to say that, I'll have to take a look.
An emulation in a simulation in a simulation being emulated 😎
Well, I did have deja vu when I saw my cat while capturing these on my PS3 so who knows 🤷🏼♂️😅
I loved motorstorm on the ps3 good times.
I've really been enjoying them ☺
@RetroMediaRoom motorstorm pacific rift was the one I played the most it's been years since I've played them though and I usually don't like racing games.
I just got through capturing new gameplay of Pacific Rift for an upcoming video, part 3 coming soon after my next video.
Yeah, it's a shame how they've treated some of their legacy franchises, which was what made me want to make the video.
Personally I'm waiting for a Syphon Filter Trilogy Remaster/make
@@cs8712it's out there on ps store, you'll get it as a ps+ premium subscriber in classic catalogue.
Heavenly sword. Depending on what you mean by stuck I would also uncharted (1-3) and infamous (1-2) games.
Heavenly Sword and the original Infamous games are good examples, but the Uncharted trilogy thankfully are already remastered on both PS4 and PS5 so they aren't stuck anymore.
5:37 his gripe is part of what makes mgs great
Though every game you covered were also the exact same reasons I bought my cousins ps3 for $70, and still have it
Yep and they're why I have three PS3's myself 😀
If you’ve ever worked for a large company you know they will have archaic policies which don’t get questioned. I suspect that they hold certain games captive because of something like that.
@@FumblsTheSniper oh yeah there's no telling what's going on behind the scenes.
@@RetroMediaRoomthey’re saving bloodborne 2 for the PS9 as a final attempt to boost sales
@@FumblsTheSniper No kidding! 🤣
As MaximilianDood recently said "we are in the era of diminishing returns"
Heavenly Sword also deserves a remaster
Yeah a cleaned up tighter playing version would be very nice!
Wish they would bring back resistance as a remaster for new gen
Me too!
Thankfully ps3 emualtors are much better now, I've played Resistance Fall of Man with it, the emualtor is called RPCS3, I've tested this on a Macbook Pro M3 pro. :)
Be warned a lot of these games will eat up disk space.
Yeah emulation is always good for preservation when these game companies keep abandoning their IPs.
@@RetroMediaRoom yeh, it’s really weird Resistance 3 is on ps store but the other 2 aren’t.
Oh I didn't realize that!
