Saint George is a nice quiet small city. Not far away from Las Vegas. Truly a peaceful place. I have been there twice. I love the city! Lovely home. I hope someone buy the house that is not from Nevada or Utah. They will fall in love with all of it. I'm not trying to sale the house. It's only a little advice. Perfect for someone that is ready to retire. Or a player. I used to be a landscaper in gated communities in Saint George. I like the workout.
I don't know my geography I guess :) I thought you were fibbing about being close to Las Vegas :) but Google maps says 120 miles, a little bit under two hours to get from St. George to Sin City :) it takes longer to get to a fun part of the Grand Canyon :) in case you prefer Nature to sin ;) seriously, if I had the money, I'd consider this place :) the area looks beautiful :)
@p.thompson5375 it takes about an hour and 45 min, but you go from MST to PST as soon as you cross the NV/AZ/UT border, so you win an hour back once in LV. Zion National park is just 40 min away and there’s A LOT to do here. Southern Utah is beautiful

10:32 Challenged accepted! I'm a car guy, so I would park all my cars there especially my project ones. Also, love the epoxy flooring. Definitely a must! 👍🏾
