$7 mil and neighbors that close?
Neighbors are cool too… I think a lot of people have a pretty big misconception about southern Utah or Utah in general, we receive a lot of calls from folks that think that lots over 1 acre are a common thing here. In reality average home in Washington county sits on less than 0.25 acre lot.
This subdivision features 1.5 acre + properties, given that the neighboring property is just as large there’s a great deal of privacy, and of course this location is very sought after based in proximity to the best schools and all that St George has to offer
What did he mean by 'obviously' her space? Lol. It was beautiful. It wasn't an overly feminine office space. Classic. That view of the mountains needs a lookout spot up high! I love this house! Lots of room for the price. Just needs a drop of color. Perfect home for a large family. A bargain for seven mil! Thanks for sharing!
The practical joke about “her space” is that her office is right off the kitchen. Absolutely incredible home! RL Wyman blows all expectations out of the water every single year and 2024 parade was no exception. We loved it!

@juliebaird9946 considering the fact that she took part in designing the house, and spent a substantial amount of money effort and time to get here…my guess is that she isn’t too worried about the stereotypes or how anyone feels about it 🤷♂️
@@stgeorge 😁As well she should! I understand completely. I used to sell production homes and they liked to pick a standard design they thought would work for the general public, make four different facades, and build a whole neighborhood. Cost-effectively, of course.
@@juliebaird9946 exactly! Custom homes are a totally different ball game. There’s an art form to production home floor plans though, some plans just make sense and some are tough to sell :) We sell both and I can appreciate both for sure

It is not, it was built to suit and entered in the parade in 2024. So it was never for sale
