I exposed him too called him a pathological liar only I used different words I can't repeat on here. They know exactly what they are doing they are more self aware than we are. I owned my cabin before we met and got married. Right at Christmas she just blurted out that she was done. I was shocked. In a heated rage we both yelled and screamed. I told her to pack whatever she could in the next hour and get the hell out. She went into a panic and flipped out. Not sure who discarded who but you could tell she was distraught. I said you want this, get out. Divorced 2 months later and been no contact for 6 months.

He also plays this game that he can't "remember" my birthday, so he contacts our adult nieces to find out when my birthday is so he can look virtuous to them but when my birthday arrives he sends me a fake happy birthday message to me and our deceased brother, even though our deceased brother and I don't have the same birthday. So, I don't respond to that, so he calls 1 of our mutual friends and asks if it's my birthday, even though he knows it is, then that friend calls me telling me that he is "worried." All the while calling me 5-7 times in a 2-3 minute time span because I refuse to answer the text message where he invokes our deceased brother (may he rest in peace) and my birthday in the same message when we don't have the same birthday. I have considered no contact, but really our contact is so minimal, I can handle what comes my way. Our oldest surviving brother is a malignant narcissist so I went no contact 15 years ago and that has helped restore some sanity to my life.

I set her up good, planned it just like she always did. Acted super simpy, fooled her into believing i was fully under her spell so she would devalue other supply and have less when I cut her off( hurts them alot more) , then even gave her money( knowing i wouldn't see it again, but well worth the effect of convincing her she had won). Took her to the Mt Everest of supply and when we arrived at the top, I had her right where I wanted her, just like she had me so many times. I then pushed her in the back as she basked in the glory and she fell REALLY REALLY far down. I completely unmasked her into detail, and told her she wasnt worth my time and didnt want her anymore, and If she wanted me back, shed have to earn it. Years later, im still not interested and she knows more about herself lol. Didn't like her own medicine one bit😂
He had 7 friends including his brother visiting from out of state. I lied and told him I lost my key and needed his key to my place. He called me acting concerned, “Babe, are you ok?” I said I’m fine but need my key so he told me where it was in his house (I made sure he was golfing at the time). I went to his place, took my key, all my clothes and toiletries, texted him, “I wish you well… happiness, love, blah blah blah and have to block you now so I can heal…” Ninja-like! Blocked and no contact for two months and counting! 🙏❤️
This is also true when they discard you and you NEVER GO AFTER THEM, FROM DAY 1! Meaning they are dead from the moment they left your life. It kills them, because each one before you begged and pleaded for them to stay. When you accept the discard and simple go on about your life, it's like you tore a page from their playbook, and they can't move on because of that.
Mostly they discard you first. So if they do - why should somebody go after them especially if their mask was put down. You have to be crazy.. I can only write: People should love themselves because narcissists will never do.

Because I was broke & bedridden with a terminal illness, he thought I'd stick around & continue to take his emotional abuse, triangulation & neglect until my final breath. Covert narc tried a temporary discard with me thinking I had an anxious attachment. It was a threat to me that I was replaceable so I would compete and chase after him. I'm someone who's healed and knew exactly what he was doing. He's blocked on everything now
I asked God to get me out of where I was and he did I left and never went back no contact is the best thing ever he had a back up supply we were having a conversation and he mentioned his other surroundings and she was involved i knew that it was time to go there were others but he really made this one known I just felt something wasn't right so I did what I had to do
The narcissist neighbor of mine used profanity to devalue me in front of other neighbors to demonstrate his (percieved) superiority over me. This was the third time. We live in an apt complex and our circle of friends overlap. I've been ignoring him for weeks (actually 7 months, but the most recent outburst was about month ago.) Today he walks up non-chalantly offers me his handshake. I pulled back and told him "I'm not interested." He began to explain/argue why he said what he said. I interrupted, "I'm done. I'm..... done. Go away." He stormed off in a huff. I'd be lying if I said that didn't feel good.
He hasn’t called 3 months, still paying for his phone, he was going for low supply before, how low do they go?It’s what happened exactly with me, I held back still gave him everything……didn’t do it to hurt him but to protect heal myself he was destroying my livelihood and health🥵💔very difficult
