My wife and I live in Atlanta but we LOVE the "Texas" style homes. Toll Bros never disappoint but House 2 is definitely my favorite. We were in Houston 2 weeks ago and went around looking at homes.
Planning a move back to H-town area this year. Been looking in Fulshear and Katy area, 55+ communities. I can’t believe the growth since I sold my Richmond home, which I loved. I no longer need massive sq. feet or two story.
I am so glad i came across your channel! I am in Houston new construction sales with a huge builder. I love my job but I'm so busy I have almost forgotten what I love so much.... BEAUTIFUL new ideas ❤ The straight lines in this Toll Brother's home are making my heart pound
Both Toll Brothers and J. Patrick homes are nice but I really like the J. Patrick home. Love them and the prices are fantastic. Too bad I am not looking to move to Texas.
Heyyy Team! Thank you so much for another amazing video. We appreciate everything that you all do & definitely look forward to more videos to come. My family & I plan to move to Houston within the next 3 years. Your videos have been a tremendous help with deciding which builder to choose. The J. Patrick Milan Home is absolutely breathtaking. This has now became my new favorite home. I look forward to seeing more work by J. Patrick. Thank you again for all of your hard-work & dedication.
I owned a Toll Bros house in MD and it was total junk for $650k. Terrible insulation, cold in the winter, hot in summer. Looked amazing, but so badly made. Make sure you visit when the house is in mid build status so you can see what is really underneath all the glitz and staged furniture.
You would think as a premier builder you would understand every aspect of what you are building. I also spent $650,000 and they put the heat pump right outside the wall where the headboard of my bed is. So I wake up every time the heat pump comes on
Here in CA $750K gets you a 2 bedroom house lol. Though it depends on area you can also get a nicer brand new house for that price but not quite as big as these.
These homes are both beautiful. Toll Brothers is my favorite builder but the second home I really loved Never heard of J Patrick Homes but that home was fantastic. Thanks for sharing
I would prefer that you guys do a series of large one/1 level homes say 2800-4200 sqft all on a single level 60-80 foot wide front lot or a 90 foot one level home with 3 car or 4 car garage! Please?😮
This would be nice in the North East, in the fall you see the leaves fall, in the Winter you see the snow , in the Spring you see the leaves grow and in the Summer you got the pool.
Sienna/Missouri City is also very diverse. Racial make up is 40% Black, 30% White, 20% Asian, 10% Other Some families look for this and its important to note. Many want the luxury living, but almost often its always an area that lacks diversity and usually majority white. So those looking for a very diverse area and luxury, this is really it.
Lived in the Houston area less than 10 years ago , there are pods of ethnicities. No full sense of diversity as you would see in large developed cities around the world. Hope this has changed but even among Hispanics they would have different pods unless couples were multinational or interracial. People were friendly just not social.
The area he’s referring to is Sienna Plantation near Sugarland. Developers found a mass grave of over 100 black prisoners who were killed and buried 70 years ago near this community.
Both homes are amazing. What’s not to like? Thanks for sharing your videos. We’re in San Antonio this weekend visiting and heading to Austin today. Looks like we’re gonna have to come back to check out Houston too.
670k, the property tax going to 20k a year, plus insurance and HOA, and maintenance year after year, good luck, not mention 10% increase each year, I would stay away.
Can you find or get into one of these $600K to $800K new houses without having to live in a HOA community? I can’t stand HOA and more and more people aren’t wanting to move into neighborhoods that have them.
Never would I live in Houston again. Weather sucks , property tax is outrageous although it may seem cheap to live in Houston. It isn’t that much cheaper, if you add in your annual property taxes.
They recently lowered property tax. This past November election we voted for a larger homestead exemptions. Ours dropped from 12k no exemption to just under 8k
Nobody values a nice library any more. We have had a library in every house we owned, even in Hawaii for 30 years. When I look at South Texas it makes me wish for our mountains of Hawaii. At lease in Northern Ohio I get rolling hills with endless woodlands.
Tolll Brother model for this location looks aweful design than before pandemic, They are the envy of large builder, their homes always elegant from the exterior and always start at $750K before pandemic. These are similar to KB's -everything square design so bad Feng shui.
How much TAX do you pay per YEAR, One more thing with those large windows you better get ready for the HEAT because it's coming in and your electric bill is going to go right on UP> Texas always have had nice homes mostly one level which is a good thing when you older. nice video
Nice, if you want to live in the country and have to drive everywhere. I am glad I am single and don't have a female pushing to buy some over size monster house. A/C to cool those places would be a big expense.
Did anyone else notice The hedge in the middle of the driveway blocking the garage at 27:19. I'm guessing that is a computer rendering and not an actual aerial photo of the house??
I love the way the cars drive in reverse in this community 😂😂😂😂😂❤❤
My wife and I live in Atlanta but we LOVE the "Texas" style homes. Toll Bros never disappoint but House 2 is definitely my favorite. We were in Houston 2 weeks ago and went around looking at homes.
I love Toll Brothers homes! I am more of a modern farmhouse and you cant go wrong with the finishes TB provides!
Planning a move back to H-town area this year. Been looking in Fulshear and Katy area, 55+ communities. I can’t believe the growth since I sold my Richmond home, which I loved. I no longer need massive sq. feet or two story.
Does Texas give a discount to owners who are over 65 years of age?
2:12 super luxurious. As the door squeeks like a mice.

oh that is awesome and ya we love seeing the creativity of these homes!!
Both Toll Brothers and J. Patrick homes are nice but I really like the J. Patrick home. Love them and the prices are fantastic. Too bad I am not looking to move to Texas.
Here in Ventura County for $670K, you get a 1,200 sqFT Condo with a view of a lake, called the Puddle in the Alley. That's it.
These houses are beautiful! I love modern homes!
You make it sound like a 70' lot is an upgrade! That's a normal size lot!

I freaken LOVE the fireplace on the 2nd house wow ❤
The j Patrick home is absolutely beautiful, as the kids would say it’s 🔥🔥baby..
The first house was just perfect to me.
I owned a Toll Bros house in MD and it was total junk for $650k. Terrible insulation, cold in the winter, hot in summer. Looked amazing, but so badly made. Make sure you visit when the house is in mid build status so you can see what is really underneath all the glitz and staged furniture.

Thank you ❤
Thank you and Jojo for showing us some luxury-style homes!
Absolutely!! what one was more your style?
Love this video! Keep it up! I love a more traditional or modern farmhouse look over super modern.
I totally like the second home more!! Beautiful
I love this house, color contrast is great
The 2nd house is an entertaining master piece..100%
Here in CA $750K gets you a 2 bedroom house lol. Though it depends on area you can also get a nicer brand new house for that price but not quite as big as these.
What’s crazy is that in MD these homes would be at least 1.7- 2.5 million easily. $700,000 that’s a steal here.
I almost want to move.
I love love Toll Brothers as well as Grand Homes!!
The floors are gorgeous in the Toll Brothers house. I am big about flooring.
Both did great especially matching it outside!
I love the Toll Brother kitchen better because i love to cook and it's more open also.
Wow ! Texas is so big and where is the yard? After a while there’s just so much you can do in the house
These homes are both beautiful. Toll Brothers is my favorite builder but the second home I really loved Never heard of J Patrick Homes but that home was fantastic. Thanks for sharing
second, one hands down with the entrance and shotgun look down the second floor runway. 🙌
Waiting to see Jackson's shoe closet.
The Toll Brothers model seemed more spacious, but i prefer the more modern look of the J.Patrick home.
Thank you for showing the pantry!!!!
beautiful homes in Texas but the weather is too hot I used to live in Dallas in 1985 Cant stand the hot weather moved back Home to SD lol
Jackson and JoJo my applause! You are Batman and Superman ✌🏻
haha love that!!
OMG...love the 2nd home...more modern, the glass is awesome!!! Wish something like this was on the north side 😊
toll brothers is more my style, but J. Patrick was bangin too.
Toll bros #1
I love the J Patrick modern home
I would prefer that you guys do a series of large one/1 level homes say 2800-4200 sqft all on a single level 60-80 foot wide front lot or a 90 foot one level home with 3 car or 4 car garage! Please?😮
J.Patrick House is top notch
I did my part in the construction of that area/comminuty - very nice with some peace of mind
Love the Toll Brothers style. I’m in Houston NE 🎉
This would be nice in the North East, in the fall you see the leaves fall, in the Winter you see the snow , in the Spring you see the leaves grow and in the Summer you got the pool.

@@FRANKTMD im from nyc , been living in houston for 3 years , i dont feel its that diverse. Could be me but 🤷🏽♂️
Thank you for that info because I was wondering.
That explains the cheap pricing. No thanks
I think your statistics are incorrect but you made your point. It is quite diverse in some areas but not all. It’s just a tad too congested for me.
Love the shower in the second home. My husband would definitely love that!
The area he’s referring to is Sienna Plantation near Sugarland. Developers found a mass grave of over 100 black prisoners who were killed and buried 70 years ago near this community.
😭😭😭😭
Toll Brothers with modern touches.
Both homes are amazing. What’s not to like? Thanks for sharing your videos. We’re in San Antonio this weekend visiting and heading to Austin today. Looks like we’re gonna have to come back to check out Houston too.
The second house is the goat😮
I love both, I’m undecided 😊
I love the homes! I will be getting in touch!!❤❤❤❤
670k, the property tax going to 20k a year, plus insurance and HOA, and maintenance year after year, good luck, not mention 10% increase each year, I would stay away.
What state would you recommend?
Both home’s beautiful 😊
Love the 1nd gouse. The more modern look is nice
Amazing!!

I like both house, but love 2nd house more, wish I owned one of house.
I love you guys, I’m going to call you when I buy my next home
Hey thanks so much!! Keep commenting too we love hearing from y’all!
A lot of house for the money. Heating and cooling must be out the park!
Toll Brothers are a great Builder
Great presentation 👍👍🤝🤝❤️
Love them both
Buutttt ya gotta pick 1!!
Love your videos. Keep up the good work.
I like the J patrick home better. Their kitchen is superb
❤love it!
Love the modern one

still it is the highest in the nation n houston is not what it was 30 years ago. it has become a ghetto area
So what if they lowered the property tax. The state has expenses and responsibilities. The money will come from somewhere else.
@@victoriamueller7018If you have million dollar home like these, you’ll be hatin life.
Excellent but may I ask what area? @@victoriamueller7018
J Patrick #1
Luv the house
.. but I can’t even buy the garage..Thanks for the lo👀k around 😔
Both 🏘️🏡 are beautiful, but I love 🏡 2.
Nobody values a nice library any more. We have had a library in every house we owned, even in Hawaii for 30 years. When I look at South Texas it makes me wish for our mountains of Hawaii. At lease in Northern Ohio I get rolling hills with endless woodlands.
I love this home
House number !1!
Only thing I don't like is being so close to the neighbors. Toll Brothers for me!
Definitely toll brothers.
Love these homes, amazing work. Should I worry about flooding in this area?
#1. Toll brothers
❤️Toll brothers
The front door squeaked when you opened it. Is that a security feature?
Hey, show us that 90-foot lot home at 1:48. I can't buy it, but it never hurts to dream and get ideas.
...never mind; it's already been sold.
If there's an HOA then no deal!
I love HOA. Keep the trash out.
J.Patrick Can Take My Whole Advance Check To Build My Forever Home
I love you guys.
thanks so much! what house did you like the most!
❤❤❤ please shows all closets. Great collaborate between the both of you. Also, what do you about the Car Wash😂😂😂😂😂😂.

Tolll Brother model for this location looks aweful design than before pandemic, They are the envy of large builder, their homes always elegant from the exterior and always start at $750K before pandemic. These are similar to KB's -everything square design so bad Feng shui.
Nice
I only like one story homes but nice video and presentation
Nice house I like the second one… how much?
Wow.
Dude. They’re so closer together. You might as well share your wife with the neighbors
what model is the J Patrick home?
First from Iraq
love it thanks so much!
what house did you like the most?
J.Patrick... adorable ❤
How much TAX do you pay per YEAR, One more thing with those large windows you better get ready for the HEAT because it's coming in and your electric bill is going to go right on UP> Texas always have had nice homes mostly one level which is a good thing when you older. nice video
That was my question. Heating and cooling cost.
He said good price? What is the good price of the 70 lots ?
Nice, if you want to live in the country and have to drive everywhere. I am glad I am single and don't have a female pushing to buy some over size monster house. A/C to cool those places would be a big expense.
Did anyone else notice The hedge in the middle of the driveway blocking the garage at 27:19. I'm guessing that is a computer rendering and not an actual aerial photo of the house??
I was literally just looking at that...
Does Toll Brothers build a home there or about 2400 SF Rambler/Ranch?
JOE!!!!!!!
i’ve always wanted a custom home twenty feet from the neighbor
Community Construction Manager needs to Oil the hinges on that Karmann front door.
