Dear Gayatri , you must add Sunflower seed or pumpkin seeds also along with cashew!( if available ‘ Makhana ’- ‘ Taamara Vith’) can be added to enhance taste. Do not fry the paneer ( you didn’t do it) rather you would just put it in hot water and take out after 5-10 minutes it’s will be so soft, if we fry paneer that will become hard, All the ingredients what you sauted in butter , instead to boil all the ingredients in water and then make a paste after cooling it and sautéing in the butter is the best way to get North Indian taste& finally as you did adding kasoori Methi , at the end !
