Ocularis band attachment system remains one of the most flexible and simple band attachments out there for your slingshot.

This banding system is available on several SimpleShot slingshots and allows fine tuning of band placement. We call it "dial-a-fork" because you can place your bands in TTF, OTT and anywhere in-between!
This is a very simple band attachment, but don't get it wrong. When installed improperly, Ocularis plugs will not work (but that's true of most things, right: install it wrong and it won't work)!

Quick question...
Do you get more energy out of bands or tubes

Tubes will last longer but Flat Bands will shoot faster with a lighter draw weight.

How many f.p.s. are we talking like a big difference or only like 5 or 10?

If it's like 20fps or more then it would help if you miss-judges your range by a couple of feet.

what size ammo is typically used in these?

Ammo will need to match the bandset for the best performance but anywhere for 1/4" to 1/2" ammo can be used. The 3/8" Steel is the most common.

Can I install tubes in this frame same way???

The Ocularis Plugs have grooves for looped tubes. You will need to have the Ocularis Plugs installed from the target side for the Looped Tubes.
