- Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
This is a 10-minute full-body workout video for intermediate & advanced users!
Here in Korea, the weather is getting really cold now! I think this video will be the last outdoor video! All subscribers, be careful not to catch a cold!
In the next video, I will prepare an upper body workout for the chest, shoulders and triceps.
Sooner or later, I plan to share my usual workouts and more diverse information through Instagram management. Let's share more everyday information and try together to create a beautiful and healthy body!

you didn't mention how many times we do it once and per week?
Depending on your fitness level, we recommend doing 3 sets once every 3 days. On other days, it is recommended to perform insufficient back or abs exercises.

Can you make a video on height exercise
I'm not an expert in that field so I can only answer with limited information. We only know that exercises such as repetitive jumping can have an effect of 2 to 3 cm on the growth of adolescents. The biggest factors still seem to be heredity, nutrition, and rest.
Do you have a mat you could recommend?
