My Fitbit told me I had low readiness score today but I still wanted to do a little something so I chose this workout, and it majorly boosted my mood! "My Girl" was the song my dad and I danced too at my wedding 7 years ago, so it was really sweet to dance to this and kick off my weekend ❤️💪🏻

When it is 40 degrees CELSIUS with the humidex it doesn't matter how good your air con is - you still sweat! it is nice to be able to do something at a slightly slower pace so I still get to move! My Girl was my favourite not just for the music but also because I love to cha cha cha !

Gina B, I love that you have so many options. I have been in a cervical dystonia flare going on 4 weeks now with several other cervical spine issues. Today, I decided to try to move just a little. This was absolutely perfect. I still had to be really easy with with my arms. BUT I did the best I could to my ABILITY with everything that is going with my health and pain issues. You are the first instructor that makes me feel good about that. Thank you for making me want to move even when I am a little worried to start back. I love you more than you know.
I am so so grateful that I can still provide you with some movement with what you're going through. Absolutely, we should all be able to move it is so good for our mind body and soul! Grateful for this amazing community 💗

💕How ya doin Gina? . Haven’t been here for quite awhile. Lockdowns sucked here in Canada.The control group in BC are still firbidden from many things. You are as energetic and delightful as i remember. This was fun. I might use some of those dance moves in public one day. Once i find my rhythm lol.
