    What do you say in your 10 second pitch?

    • @muaythaiclinch1306
      @muaythaiclinch1306 2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Hey Adam, how’s this one sound? Need your opinion.
      Good morning, I’m Mike with(enter company) and I’m in the neighborhood helping folks get a new roof through their insurance. What’s the first thing that comes to mind if I told you that you could get a brand new, upgraded roof, through your insurance company and the only thing you pay is your deductible?

    • @TheRoofStrategist
      @TheRoofStrategist  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@muaythaiclinch1306 Never know til you try :) As I say, if it ain't broke - don't fix it. And always be improving and experimenting. Try it out and see -- the only risk you run is IMMEDIATELY raising red flags and objections with resistance to people wanting to file a claim - that's a tall ask to open with - especially BEFORE you create the need for them to file a claim and showcase the damage. It could lead to a LOT of premature rejection - but again -- try for yourself and see!

You’re in luck, because you have the exact same shingles!” How would you pivot off of this little twist I put onto it? We target developments with discontinued shingles because we are in a match state

    • @AustinLocksey
      @AustinLocksey 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Keep in mind it’s not just because it’s discontinued. we had a bad storm in June where most have hail and wind damage. just trying to figure out a way to put all of that into a quicker pitch

    Hi Adam, very nice video. My name is Krystal, I recently subscribed you because I could learn so much from your videos than anyone else about how to make sales. I really appreciate all those amazing channels of yours. By the way, I have a question for you. What is the best way to handle customer complaints? I realized The more sales I make, the more chance I get complaints either from my mistake or a mistake from the third party. In this case, do I use AOR formula? If so, How do I apply it?

    • @TheRoofStrategist
      @TheRoofStrategist  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad to have you here! Great question. I did a video on this th-cam.com/video/DlqtGp-lGfg/w-d-xo.html and have added it to my list to do an updated version :) And yes -- use the ARO formula! That's actually how I came up with it is through dealing with (and confidently overcoming) customer complaints.

      Hey Randall, most of my videos are in response to questions that come in via email, TH-cam comments, FB or IG messages, etc.
      You ask. I answer. :)
      I'm providing oodles of free training and advice that no one has to pay for. In response to questions like Kermit, he just got a heck of an in depth answer at no cost to him. Just like Jeff got answers to his question (in depth) from last week's video. And the results of implementing this advice should help him and many others land even more sales.
