Man some of the older HGs go just a little bit further than you expect they would on actual part separation rather than using stickers. Like the piping on the rifle. On a newer HG, that's molded with the two halves of the rifle and if you're lucky doesn't have a seam running all the way down it too.
these reviewers are hobbyists ja nai. lol. don't expect any great information. the information he gave here is for beginners. im here to see the plain finish of the o.
Thanks! I was just a little bit pissed I couldnt find a good review. I would really love to see you do a best and worst zeta kits. Can be pretty rough finding them because stores only do advance of zeta or ZZ for catagories and not just Zeta
Hi Zaku! I've become a fan of this chonke boi but I mostly collect master grades, I'd love to pair the MG version of the O with the Zeta but I dont see many reliable reviews, will you review the MG The O any time soon? Love your vids! Keep it up!!
I actually own this one. It needs a lot of panel lining and painting, but I painted mine and it looks cool! The beam sabers are really curved though...
gonna be real with you, i never realized The O was a monoeye suit, I always thought the negative space around the monoeye looked like typical gundam eyesand always thought that was its eyes
Glad to get the first comment, just here to say thank you more making some of the only high quality gunpla videos on TH-cam, you have inspired me to collect more gunpla Thanks!
Been keeping me waiting huh zak Edit: according to some people I know the reprints include two sets of beams whereas the original only had one set of beams
I feel ankle flexibility is important for TheO. TheO should be flying around the space. Thus, ankle and toe need to be extended downwards with the help of action base.
i just got mine today, and i noticed thats its another re-released version, it might just be the camera but it seems the blue logo from the box i have, got darker plus the bandai namco added on the corner, hoping for more reprints
@@AwkwardKyle Backordered is another way to say that the store wants you money without any stock. It is a new way for these greedy stores to milk your cash during this gunpla shortage. I wish Bandai will make an upgraded version of this Mobile Suit. They could make a Real Grade using the Sazabi's inner frame. Man, people will be rushing to buy that!
I don't get how some people think chunky kits like the Dom or The O here need great articulation. All they really did in the anime was just float around and shoot/stab things. But if you want a REALLY cool pose with the sub arms and sabers, the Musou games have it use three sabers for a clash with one on each sub arm and one in the off hand crossed to block while still holding the beam rifle.
And I think if Bandai finally announce a revive for The O, it won't do much because the design itself. It's intentional brick, but maneuverable with how much thruster installed to the body for AMBAC maneuver. Even the armor are thick enough to withstand several shot, that's if average grunt pilots can land a hit to Scirocco.
i just realize how toyish it looks without further efforts on it. really reminds me of people who ride a sport bike but never turn it to a sport activity. surfer

i know the MG Gundam MK AEUG kit got a "hotfix" in form of the titans version, which was then reimplemented into the AEUG version(the waist can move now)
I was holding out to get this kit and expecting them to announce a revive The O despite knowing how good this kit is and seeing how the Qubeley, Hyaku Shiki and zeta for "revived". Maybe I'll pick it up the next time.
I'd love a revive of this! It's not terrible but there's SO much room for improvement, even down to the materials! The plastic on mine is extremely brittle. I actually broke the mounts putting the leg armor on. It's such a cool design and judging by the Messer, I KNOW their engineering could make this design great!
I missed buying The O when it first came out and forgot about it (I got busy collecting those damn Seed Kits!!!!). Because of this review, I got reminded of the kit that I really wanted. I find it interesting that the katakana says "Beam Sword" instead of "Beam Saber".
Yes, The O has beam swords, they are distinct as the beam blades are curved and longer rather than straight. Same deal as Gelgoogs beam naginata
@@Astronopolis I didn't know. Thanks!
They are much bigger in proportion, I think the kit use effect parts from a mg

The vent details surprised me, expected stickers.
Looking forward for your Baund Doc review, and maybe MG The O too!

Looking forward to the review of HWS expansion pack at the back too sir!
The gogg was also very simple with only a few actual pieces. It's like 40 pieces in total and that's probably an over estimate
meanwhile the RE/100 Nightingale does not have working skirt armor sub-arm units and that kit is newer, the heck!?
Lol right?
Once I see it as two black eyes instead of a monoeye, I cannot unsee it.
I think the MG is actually shorter than it is supposed to be in 1/100th scale, feels like it should be like ½-¼ inch taller, maybe?
