I know everyone is impressed with Natacha's determination and drive and willpower (so am I, believe me) but what also impresses me is the love these two have for each other. Natacha being so happy to see Mario that she breaks down in tears and asks for a hug is just heart-warming to me. They have been together for so long and yet they never seem to take each other's support and affection for granted. This, my friends, is truly inspirational.
Yes I agree, but also keep in mind thats only what you see on the internet. I honestly think they are like that in real life too but I also think they maybe sometimes have discussions or fights too.
@@violetta2964 well ofcourse they do! But that’s not a fault in a healthy relationship, but they have the most genuine relationship I’ve seen online because this channel isn’t about their relationship and neither is this video; but time and time again their friendship portion of their relationship is sir refreshing!
@@violetta2964 Of course, discussions and fights are part of a healthy realtionship too but you can feel the genuine respect and love in the snippets that they show us and I think that is beautiful.
Truly the best. Natacha is full on incredible. Also - when she started crying and asked for a hug I nearly started crying too. Sweet baby angel, of course you can have a hug you're doing such a good job. Lol
I never thought I was a runner, but this video inspired me to prove myself wrong. 5 months later and I will be attending my first ever race next week. I'm so excited! 💛
Why am I literally sobbing watching this? I think I’d be a mess if I just had to stay awake for 24 hours let alone run that whole time 😂 You are an inspiration, Natacha! This video gave me all the feels and made me want to push myself to do the things I’d given up on after my own back injury. Forever grateful I subscribed to your channel! ❤️
I started crying the moment you heard the concern in Marios voice in his "Oh, shit!" when he noticed that Natacha was sad. It was a greater display of love and care than in any rom-com movie I've seen. 🥺
Normal fitness influencer: “this video is sponsored by lululemon. I’m just gonna try on their new shoes and model them in my living room” Natacha: “this video is sponsored by lululemon so I’m going to see how these shoes do if you run a consecutive 24 hours straight running in them”
Hahah I never create any content around a sponsorship but I totally agree I don’t like to test things normally 😂😂😂 same with phone cases we threw around like mad
I sit in a wheelchair and I live a happy life. Girl you motivated me so much with your videos that I started the 100 days of rolling (I do workout in my chair) challenge and I’m on day 23! Never ever was I so strong mentally. I watch your videos while doing sport and I know I will do my 100 days . You are such a sweetheart and an inspiration. I cried with you in the end because I’m so proud of you ! Amazinggggggg!!! Somebody said: beeing not handicap is a gift, which can be always taken away from you ! We should always be grateful for what we have ! 🥰lots of love !
hey beautiful! Wow look at you go, 100 days is some serious consistency and dedication! 🙌You have no idea how happy it makes me that you're feeling strong, what an incredible thing to have done for yourself. I hope the rest of the challenge and everything you go on to do only brings you more and more joy and fulfilment from here. And more importantly, I really hope you know that you're my inspiration even though we haven't met... yet! Sending you so much love! Thank you for messaging me, you'll be in my mind every time I pick up a camera and smile 😄
@RollingQueen I keep coming back to this video to motivate me, but your comment was just as inspiring! It’s been a couple of years now, but how are you getting on? Did you finish the 100 days?
As someone who ran for almost 6 months to work up to running for just 1 hour, this is....this is incredibly impressive. I cannot comprehend this level of aerobic fitness well done.
The way Mario and you act around eachother and support one another is on a whole new level. It’s literally the coolest yet cutest thing I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait to see you guys continue to grow together. Great video, loved this one!!
"I've stopped doing everything except for just going" - so beautiful to witness you finding what seems to be your life's motto on this run. Unbelievable!
Wow girl I was tearing up right along with you! I am a non-athlete, non-runner, casual workout class taker kind of person who got talked into doing a half marathon in Vegas with my friends. At the end, I definitely cried and had that crazy emotional release like, “damn - I did that!” And my athlete friends were ready to go out to the casinos haha. Brought back great memories watching this video! Your so inspiring and I love your content - always surprisingly relatable even though I will never attempt. Thanks :)
they kind of feel like tears of disbelief right?! Congratulations on your half marathon I'm so happy you went for it - that feeling stays with you forever and next time you have another challenge you'll have the strength to know you can go through it again 💪💪💪
When Mario said "you should have stopped at wow, that must be hard", it really hit me. You're such a fucking insipiration Natacha and i know probably thousands of people tell you this and you don't even stop and think that it's true, but it really is. You're the most resilient, hard-working, devoted person. It's not an accident that it was you who did this challange or that it was YOU who keeps doing seemingly unhuman-ly things WHILE documenting the ENTIRE thing, for the army of critics who haven't gotten up to do a squat in years. Your strength lies in your vulnerability and the incredible courage you take on every damn challange you can think of, because strength isn't about doing only difficult things, it's about courage to show how truly difficult it can be to "do difficult". Thank you so much for this, you're forever my inspiration and i will be forever thankful that i managed to come across you and your videos
I can’t even run longer than 30mins lol YOU ARE INCREDIBLE AND I BALLED MY EYES OUT, the love you and mario share and the determination and such positive attitude you had, you’re insane!
When that timer went off I couldn’t help but cry with you. You are incredible, not only for your crazy determination, but for being the person that gets others to feel as deeply as you do. You’re contagious and I love it! Best wishes to you on your next challenge!
This brought me to tears multiple times! Especially when you were talking about what a privilege it is to be ABLE to run and explore what your body can do. Dangit that’s how I feel and I never knew how to put it into words. Running an ultra is my TRUE life goal. I just ran my first marathon last year and that was so tough, I can’t imagine running farther! Especially with spinal issues myself. But ….. I CAN DO IT! Thank you for such fantastic content, you’re a true athlete. 💛
I can’t stop thinking about this video. What you did is so bloody impressive and you are so strong and fit. But you are also amazingly strong mentally. When you cried at the end because of what you achieved, I was crying. This has made me really look at what I want to achieve in life and I want that feeling of achieving something and being so invested. I currently can’t run 500m and I’m very overweight. I’ve set a goal that I’m going to run 5km in September to raise money for brain cancer - my Aunty passed away in December from brain cancer. Thank you for being you and for sharing this. You’re amazing. I hope you see this comment ❤️
you got this!! listen to your body, but don't give up!! even if you have to walk the whole thing, that's still improvement! im proud of you for just giving it a shot :)
This was the most beautiful, most human thing I've seen in a very long time. You are such a sparkly human being. Your content reminds me to dig deep, to stay curious, to ask questions, and to LOVE what I do, no matter what it is. It is awakening to see someone who is so genuinely, deliberately living their life. You are in inspiration, BEYOND fitness and nutrition and workout videos. I will never stop watching your videos. Thank you for sharing the ups and downs. I am so grateful for, and so affected by, your authenticity and humanity.
To Natacha or whoever reads this, I’ve been bad at running my whole life. Not in the normal ‘I hate cardio way’, but in the way that people made fun of me for being the slowest. I didn’t hate cardio because it hurt, but because it humiliated me every time I did it. I started speed walking on a treadmill a few years ago. I never exceeded a mile, and I was honestly just happy to be technically doing cardio. Then I saw your video about running a marathon with no training to prove that these feats are mine over matter. I have no idea how you motivated me that much, but I decided I was going to run 5 kilometres for the first time in my life. I said, it’s ok if I stop running, but I will start running, and I won’t stop moving till I hit 5k. And I did it. This feat is then what motivated me more and more. The fact that running was truly my enemy, but because I decided, one day I did a 5k. I got better and better until I was running 10k several times a week. I’ve since stopped running but I hope to get back into it. But your video on cardio changed my life. I thought I was hopeless and I hated how embarrassing cardio was for me. I hated being the slowest. I thought I just had something in me that wouldn’t let me run life other people, but I didn’t just learn to run like others, I exceeded them.
I was a cross country runner but had only ever ran 3km. Then I seriously started running and got to the same level as you (10km several times a week) but I have also stopped running! I hope we both get back into it
“If I have to f** crawl then I’ll crawl.” That is the motivation/commitment I love! Seriously this is so insane and amazing at the same time. I always love your videos and you always motivate me
9:05 This is such a strong sentiment. I have a disability that left me bedbound and it comes with chronic pain. Doctors told me I couldn't walk anymore and my pain made me believe it. Eventually life wasn't worth living (I was at a point I couldn't even sit up most of the day) but I had a last ditch effort of flexing muscles, eventually allowing some movement I repeated as much as possible, months later I could go to the bathroom on my own, eventually got myself to the treadmill, with handles, then without. It was excruciating and terrifying, but nowadays, same body, same messed up skeleton, damaged muscles and I can do anything and the pain doesn't feel nearly as bad. It's not a normal life and I'm still in pain 24/7, I non-stop gotta fight it but it gets easier and easier. Most of that is simply mentally, sure my muscles got stronger but they're now at a point it barely matters when I improve, rest is all just knowing I can and breaking through the mental barriers.
natacha is literally a beast! i nearly ran for an hour once and while it felt great it definitely was tough haha! can't imagine myself running for that long. you're so awesome! love you so much
The way this woman continues to push her body in the most unbelievable ways is so incredibly inspiring to me. Been struggling with my weight for a while now and every time I feel like quitting, I come to this channel
I cried with her at the end of the run. I always hated exercise, until the last year of school, when all the stress made me start running, and it has helped me a lot since then, almost eight years later. When I finished my first race, which I completed with two friends by my side, I cried from the enormous pride I felt. I know it was a long time ago, but congrats for achieving this. You inspired me ❤
I literally cried at the end with her. This was so nice to also see her struggle and be human like always but still ALWAYS keep the goals she sets on her.
only Natacha would run not only for 24 hours but 24 hours in the NEVADA DESERT. I stg when I think this woman can't be any more of inspiration. It's not even the physical feat, it's the mindset, the positivity. This makes me want to go out, smash goals and live life. The best role model on this platform, we are blessed to watch her 🥰
Anyone else was crying with Natacha or was it just me? You're so inspirational! Thank you for such an amazing science-based content! Love from a fellow scientist 💜
natacha this is insane. you're insane. this made me tear up so bad and had me screaming in joy at the screen for you, thank you for doing this you're amazing!!!
I wasn’t expecting that to be so emotional 😭 I was bawling right with you. I have never felt this motivated and inspired before! I injured my knee a couple months ago and I haven’t been able to lift, run, or jump rope like I used to without feeling pain(but it’s mostly psychological according to my doctor, my patella is just tracking weird). This week I have an agility test for a police department and watching you succeed has helped me strive to do my best!
Ok I haven’t even watched the whole video yet but as a fan of yours who has suffered a spinalcord injury this means so much to me! You are an inspiration 🙏☺️ Love you!
My toxic trait is wanting to do this as well. Honestly though, this is so incredible! Made me so emotional to watch. You’re incredible - it’s insane what believing in yourself and your abilities can do❤️
no same, my toxic trait is truly believing even though I haven't worked out in 3 months I will have the physical and mental strength to accomplish this like I wasn't crying watching someone else do it , lmao
I've watched this before, but I am rewatching and I just LOVE seeing how supportive and caring Mario is throughout the whole process. He is so sweet, positive and gentle during your lows and so encouraging and motivating during your highs. Such a beautiful relationship you guys have! This was SO AMAZING NATACHA!!!! You did THAT. Incredible.
As someone who suffered a spinal injury this past summer, thank you so incredibly much for making this video. As you reached your goal, I burst into tears thinking of how much hope there is that my mind and body can recover become stronger and more resilient than it was before the injury. While I know running for 24 hours is not in my plans for the future, this video is giving me a reason to pause and appreciate just how far I've come in such a short time period. Congratulations, Natacha & thanks again for taking us along for the journey! ❤
This was so emotional for me to watch, I cannot begin to imagine how much of an emotional roller coaster this was, let’s not even get to the physical toll! In awe of you and so so inspired by you Natacha! You’ve achieved the seemingly impossible! And ugh, shout out to Mario for being the best support system. So heartwarming 💕.
shout out to the person/people who edited this. you had more than 24 hours of footage to sift through and i cant imagine how overwhelming it was! great job to everyone all around!!
I just... have no words, Natacha. You are just incredible. And seeing the way you asked Mario for a hug, was just so heart warming and human. I respect you so, so much.
You remind me of my best friend! She cycled from Italy to the Netherlands in a week for a good cause (raising money for cancer research). She severely injured her ribs on the second day but still finished the tour. She is amazing and so are you! You inspire me both
The support that Mario showed you was touching to me. Watching this video, I went on the emotional roller coaster with you, I put myself in your shoes and I felt what you were feeling. I saw that light on the horizon and I felt that joy, relief, pain, euphoria, heartache. I just want to tell you Natacha that you are truly an inspiration. I love to run but I have a recovering foot injury for over a year now and you just give me so much optimism and hope and gratitude that I will be able to reach my goals.
i’ve been struggling for a few months now with depression. i used to workout every day whether it was a walk/yoga or cardio/weights. i am in such a rut and feel like i can’t do anything anymore. this video is truly inspiring to me. thank you for all of your hard work and confidence. your videos make my days better 💛
Natacha- so proud of you finishing your 24 hour run!! On a side note, my sister and I decided you're an unhinged fitness version of Jenna Marbles- in the most beautiful way possible. You dare to try things that nobody else would, and you come up with ideas for videos that nobody else could!! So much love for you!
A lot of people are “inspiring” but it seems so untouchable or unrelatable. Even though you did something that almost NO ONE on earth has done, you still manage to be able to connect with us and inspire us through your attitude and humour and love. Absolutely amazing. Congratulations Natasha and Mario!
What she did was absolutely amazing, not to take away from that, but 100 mile races are growing in popularity worldwide, with breaking 24 hours being the typical goal.
CONGRATULATIONS GABI! ♥ I am so happy for you! What an experience!!! 🤍 I hope you feel so accomplished, you so deserve to feel that your commitment and dedication paid off!
Oh god, I was crying with you when that alarm went off!! I remember how upset you were through your back injury and I’m so glad you’re back to feeling more yourself, and so so so proud of you!! This is amazing and seriously so inspiring/motivating! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Sending you all the love! 💛
That is an awesome achievement! An ultramarathon definitely changes you, and teaches you something about life. I ran 24 hours on a flat course in 2021, and I my experience was much like yours: lots of ups and downs. Pain, joy, despair, euphoria, pain, laughter, & tears. Did I mention there was pain involved? My muscles didn't whisper to me like yours did. They screamed at the top of their lungs! It was a good experience and I'm glad I did it, but not sure I'll do it again. Kudos to you for planning another one. I'll stick to 50 miles or less from here on out!
I gotta admit, I was thinking to myself "just another challenge video" going into it. But the scenes where Natacha broke down, felt so endearing and relatable. It was motivating to see that even she experiences those feelings but she turns it around and pushes through to accomplish her goal. All to say, I enjoyed the video 🥰
Just wanna let you know that I come back to this video every time I need a little boost of motivation. Your mental and physical resilience is so inspiring 🥺
Yes, me too. This video just pushes me and reminds me how much we can manage, reminds me not to give up and keep going. We can do anything with motivation and right support system
Natacha, you're absolutely insane! Insanely inspirational and admirable that is ;) I love never knowing what your next video is going to be about but it's always so entertaining and uplifting. Thank you for the positive and inspiring content you share with us X
Would be interesting to hear more about how you managed recovery after this challenge. Were you able to walk the next day etc? I heard David Goggins talk about a 24 hour running challenge he did and I think he said he could barely walk for days or weeks after? Wondering how long it took you to feel reasonable recovered after
hey Christina! 🤍 I hope you're doing gooood (: honestly my recovery experience wasn't like what he described: my legs were achey for suuuure, and I could still feel some ache and fatigue 7 days after. But walking felt 50% back to normal probably 2-3 days after and felt back to normal fully after 6-7 days. I actually still felt tired (as in lacking sleep) for longer, around 7-10 days after. There's probably a big difference in how hard we pushed ourselves though, that I expect explains the difference. I wasn't going 110% as if I was in a competition or try to set a personal best - I had a light distance goal I was curious about, but I took extra rest when I needed it in the last 12 hours because this was my first attempt and my goal was more to understand the experience for future attempts, and I'm holding a little back until I feel like my recovery from my injury is complete (mentally). I still really pushed myself and was committed to completing the run, but I know DG probably went balls to the wall and really pushed it for 24 hours which I didn't do. Now I'm more familiar with this type of event, I may do that next time and have a different answer!
David Goggins doesn't run like Natacha. He runs angry He didn't take in hardly any nutrition during that challenge either. Natacha is super smart to keep such an optimistic attitude and to fuel with several sources of nutrition through it all. Much easier to recover.
i mean. david goggins is literally walking on broken legs. his knees have zero cartilage between the knees and his shins and quad bones as proven by mri's he got and then confirmed on some podcasts. david goggins shouldnt be doing anything that hes doing if he took the doctors words but instead he continues on through pure mindset
Absolutely sobbing along with you, you are such an inspiration with all of these challenges you set yourself! Massive respect to you, this is incredible.
Wow. Just wow. Natacha, you truly are such an inspiration. For somebody who struggles to run even 5K, this is just the motivation I needed to get back in to running and never give up. Huge congrats for this accomplishment. Well done 👏
Natacha at her most sleep deprived, physically & mentally exhausted self is most of us on a meh day. I loved hearing how you talked yourself through difficult moments
Natacha, you're an incredible human. I literally started crying with you at the end of your run. I'm currently training for my first half marathon also after a hip and back injury, and this has given me so much motivation for it. Infact, I'm going to run right now. Thank you ❤️
This is what I needed today. Recently found myself with a labral tear in my hip, and haven't been processing it very well. I'm an athlete myself and was looking forward to my first iron man, but right now that's on the back burner...but THIS video just gave me the push I needed to get better and get back to it even stronger than before. From the bottom of my heart thank you
I'm an Adaptive Adventurer recovering from an amputation called a rotationplasty and my God did I need to see this video today. I don't use the word "inspiration " lightly but you are my biggest inspiration online. Your mindset is INCREDIBLE!!! Congratulations and keep going!
After many years of watching you I finally created a TH-cam account so I can comment on this video. You are consistently sharing great information, healthy energy and the work you put into your videos shows. Just when I thought we had seen the best, we see this. Much love from Kenya 🇰🇪
I injured my back about a week and half ago and turned 30 in the same week. Its hit me very hard and I feel depressed being so immobile. I love running and i have marathon at the end of April that im unsure I will be able to do. Ive seen your videos where you are injured and it gives me hope that i can get back to being active. Spine health/siatic health is so important for feeling healthy and happy and im glad youre supporting its research. Thank you!
hey Kate 🤍 I am sorry to hear that, firstly I'm sending you a huge hug 🤗🤗🤗🤗 I understand how you feel, I know it really hits hard. I honestly felt that I didn't have a lot of hope when I injured myself initially, and I know how heavy that feeling is. If there's just one thing I can really stress to help you as much as possible, it's that you go hunting for a physical therapist or physio who you trust 110%. That probably won't be the first person you try (I hope you're lucky and I'm wrong!!) and it may take some digging, but I promise when you feel faith in a specialist who understands you and can see the path to your recovery, everything clicks into gear and hope starts returning. There'll be lots more marathons to come so I guess there's no need to think too much about April. I'm wishing you the best and sending you lots of love! ♥
@@natachaoceane omg, it means so much that you responded to my message. It actually made me tear up. Youre determination and resilience inspires me a lot. I actually just spoke with my doctor about a PT referral. I will definitely take your advice. ❤❤❤
I love this woman! I have never had someone that i've looked up to as much as I look up to her. Thank you for keeping me motivated and try to be a little bit healthier in life, mentally and physically.
Such an inspiration as always ☺️. Your videos are my “safe space” on TH-cam and bring me so much joy - thank you thank you for the amazing content, and for the constant inspiration as we watch you attack amazing goals while pushing yourself healthily and safely. Lots of love!
hey! 🤍 it means a lot to me that you feel that way and that my videos can be helpful so thank you for saying 🥺 I hope you are so excited for all the goals you're going to crush up ahead, and that you feel so accomplished when you're done! I am cheering you on the whole way, and sending lots of love back!
@@natachaoceane You're the sweetest - thank you for the Monday motivation! Trying to get promoted at work this half which is mentally EXHAUSTING so this really means a lot!!!
@@goldgoddess77 You can do it!! I believe in you! 🙏 I'm cheering you on and when it gets tough, just remember how good its going to feel when these moments pay off ♥
This really reminded me of my long distance solo hikes the crazy highs and scary low lows. Feeling like a changed person after also tracks. It's because you have done something you didn't believe you could do and in doing so you are now different. You now have concrete evidence that you finished the goal, you are now that person that you didn't think you could be. Makes me want to set some new goals. Thank you Natacha!
What an insane achievement! I guess my body would die after 10km of running 🤣For real. You're just an insane athlete! And your relationship with Mario is absolute goals. To see how supportive both of you are, how well you know each other, that's just goals. ❤
The longest official race I've ever run was a 5K, and that felt pretty tough. You are an absolute beast. Plus, y'alls relationship is so supportive, it was so cute to see y'all feed off of each other's energy throughout such a difficult journey. Makes me almost believe in love again.
YESSS PLEASE. We would love to see you both in a video. Especially now that you're training for Ironman and Natacha is a champ in that, we are really hoping to see you both in a single frame. Please please please 🥺
That's why I'm a fan. Natacha showed so much strength, determination, and sense of humour. Seeing her and Mario interact is also so beautiful. This whole thing was incredible!
I am genuinely impressed. It is a real inspiration. I knew from the start of the video that Natacha would finish, because she is just so strong and so stubborn. Thank you for sharing the downs as well as the ups of your day. Also, Mario is the best.
Impressive as always!!👏👏 and hats off to Mario for always being there for you! It is crazy that you did this without true race logistics and aid stations 🤯 My boyfriend did an 160km ultra trail race two weeks ago and it was insane!! I got to be his pacer and run with him for his last 50km. It was my first ultra and that feeling of acomplishment, I can relate to you on that.❤ I felt it! You should definitely do it again!! 😁Maybe you can consider El reto del Indio Ocean to Ocean Ultra trail run! It is a 160km and 100km race. The 160km race starts at the Atlantic ocean and finishes in the Pacific Ocean in Panama but it is not a flat race though. It has its hills! Come to Panama Natacha!!! 🏝🏖
I shouldn't have watched this during my work break. I literally cried with you Natacha! This video came at the right time for me as I'm feeling so low and that I don't have the power to do anything. You are an inspiration Nat!
I've watched this about 6 times already. Truly astonishing - congratulations on a (frankly) ridiculous achievement! I'd love to see a video on how you prepare in the day (s) leading up to an event like this e.g. what you would eat in the 24 hours before/ how you select what active wear to use. Thank you for sharing your amazing work with us!
You’re such a powerhouse, so inspiring I enjoyed every second of this video I laughed, I cried, I felt like I was right there beside you Such a ray of joy So genuine Keep going❤️
I'm sorry I had to laugh through so much of this video because it's so relatable for any type of 24 hour effort. The tears, the sit breaks, the delirium, the frustration. You're such an amazing person and athlete, and this is an incredible feat. Your emotions are just enough to remind us all that you are still human!
Currently injured (again) and not capable of running, and can’t wait to watch you take us along with you on this journey!! You are such an inspiration, Natacha ☺️♥️
Natacha… I don’t even know what to say. Thank you for this! This is the most insane thing I’ve ever seen. Time after time you outdo yourself and this is just levels up. The fact that you run hour after hour for 24 hours, smiling and laughing, crying and laughing some more, shows what a huge inspiration you are. Please keep on youtubing forever, we will never get sick of you! ❤️
Watched this while doing my workout today. Was not prepared for Natacha's tears and cried right along with her 😭😭😭 Thank you for always reminding us we can do more than we think and being a constant inspiration ❤️
I cried when you cried at the end. The most I’ve ever run is a full marathon and I remember how it felt… I can’t imagine what you accomplished and I’ll always just assume it was hard 😂 WOW you’re an inspiration girl!
I’ve been a subscriber for 2 years and over time I started feeling like you’re the older sister that I’ve never had… So at the end of the video, the moment that your alarm went off and you broke into tears I started sobbing because like I said, you’re like a sister to me and I’m sooo proud of you Natacha! Once again you’ve tested the capacity of human strenght and reminded me of why you’re my number one role model! Thank you so much for putting so many devotion and effort on this video, its truly inspirational❤️
love it as always!! i love that you say 'yet' after a new big goal. such a good mindset (: I also love that you showed you crying. I love how vulnerable you are and open. That helps so many people realize it's not all great all the time. such awesome content!
I love it so much, it starts off as such a conscious thought process but then becomes so instinctive and engrained and that's when I think it becomes powerful 🙏 all my love!
this video made me remember the day I ran my first half marathon, by the time I'd finished my legs were so cramped that I had to keep running to get to my house because I couldn't walk a step. Natacha you're great!!!! congrats for what you've achieved
Just in time to watch it during my lunch!!! Also, i still cant understand how you give yourself such incredible goals!!! im literally still trying to go 4 times a week to my gym
Hey beautiful! ooh good timing, what are we having for lunch? 🥰 honestly I am very strict about starting slowly and following what lights me up and feels exciting. Getting to the gym 4 times a week is amazing, and can be tough! It took me months to get there consistently after my break, so don't ever feel like it's just you ♥ you're doing incredibly!
@@natachaoceane Thank you so much Natacha!! as you said on the video, it is amazing what we can do with the power of our minds!! Ive been following one of your plans and actually used that video about how to creatwd the perfect workout plan!! Lots of hugs from Peru ❤️❤️
It's so great to see you both work together, of course Natacha is doing the running but Mario"s support is not to be downgraded. I love to watch you guys, a true powercouple!
This is actually insane but wouldn't expect anything less from you, thank you for being raw and open, showing the great times but also the hard times, you are a living legend and I'm so happy that the fitness plans I choose to follow are yours.
Amazing, simply amazing. I'm curious how you recovered from this run? Did you do any sort of red light or cryotherapy? How did your body respond in the aftermath of the run? How is your mental game after this run? Most importantly, how are your knees?! You are an incredible light in this universe and thank you for your videos.
I tried running my first marathon last week and the mental side got to me and I dropped out 16 miles in. I immediately started planning for another marathon that I'm running in a week and a half but I've been feeling like I need something to inspire me and give me the right mindset. This video was the inspiration I needed, thank you
Just a quick return to this comment, after watching a lot these videos and getting my mind right in other ways I am happy to say I did complete my first marathon 2 weeks after my first failed attempt
This was such an inspiring video for someone who hasn't been working out and exercising at all since having my kid two years ago. Thank you for doing this, you have given me so much over the years and this was such a wonderful reminder of how strong our minds really are (Courtney is so amazing and has been an inspiration for so long as well).
It’s been a while since I teared up watching anything, but when that buzzer went off, I was crying with you. Just a reminder that some of the hardest things we go through life will lead to that joyful ‘I made it’ cry.
natacha, you constantly inspire me. The pure strength and vulnerability that you display is incredible. I am so blessed to have a role model like you. Someone who always sees the positive, someone who goes after her dreams, someone who is kind and supportive, and someone who makes the world a better place. We love you, and we are so proud of you. ❤️
This is your reminder to go for that big, scary goal you’ve been dreaming about! 💭💭 I hope you squeeze absolutely everything out of life and explore the incredible things your mind and body can really do! You’ll never regret it ♥️

You are amazing! Thank you for this! ♥️
Mario is the best wing man!
Couple goals is all I can say…let me know where I can find me a Mario 😅
The way Natacha keeps her sense of humour throughout all of it is everything.
haha i think the jokes got progressively worse but they made me laugh at the time so it counts 😂😂😂
Truly the best. Natacha is full on incredible. Also - when she started crying and asked for a hug I nearly started crying too. Sweet baby angel, of course you can have a hug you're doing such a good job. Lol

the way i was crying in the first 10 mins bc i was just so proud
Same! Got a boost of motivation from this video to go outside of my comfort zone

oh I feel you girl! had a lil cry too! Love you Natacha! So proud of you ❤️ forever my biggest inspiration
i know right i cant even stay awake for 24 hours let alone run. i would be dead for running for 24 hours.
I started crying the moment you heard the concern in Marios voice in his "Oh, shit!" when he noticed that Natacha was sad. It was a greater display of love and care than in any rom-com movie I've seen. 🥺
Normal fitness influencer: “this video is sponsored by lululemon. I’m just gonna try on their new shoes and model them in my living room”
Natacha: “this video is sponsored by lululemon so I’m going to see how these shoes do if you run a consecutive 24 hours straight running in them”
Hahah I never create any content around a sponsorship but I totally agree I don’t like to test things normally 😂😂😂 same with phone cases we threw around like mad
I dont even think I can stay awake for 24 hours let alone run jog or walk that long.
Hi greg
Love seeing the coach here

Thank you 🥺💚
@RollingQueen I keep coming back to this video to motivate me, but your comment was just as inspiring!
They really do offer such a nice healthy example for people! Supportive, kind, friendly, humorous, and true partners.
"I've stopped doing everything except for just going" - so beautiful to witness you finding what seems to be your life's motto on this run. Unbelievable!
Wow, that was so nice to read and think about. I really love that thought. Thanks so much 🥰
So happy you referenced Courtney! She’s a massive inspiration of mine. You destroyed this challenge, Natacha!! I even cried with you at the end 😭
Yeah she gave me a lot of amazing advice, I’m very very lucky! All my love Natalie, thanks for coming along with me! ❤️🔥❤️🔥
Was it the Rock 'n Roll half in Vegas? I was there too! It was also my first half.
This really made me cry for some reason

This brought me to tears multiple times! Especially when you were talking about what a privilege it is to be ABLE to run and explore what your body can do. Dangit that’s how I feel and I never knew how to put it into words.
Running an ultra is my TRUE life goal. I just ran my first marathon last year and that was so tough, I can’t imagine running farther! Especially with spinal issues myself. But ….. I CAN DO IT! Thank you for such fantastic content, you’re a true athlete. 💛
awww I teared up reading this
I can’t stop thinking about this video.

OMG GIRL YOU ARE EVERYTHING. Inspiration right here.

I just... have no words, Natacha.

Kudos to you for planning another one. I'll stick to 50 miles or less from here on out!
I gotta admit, I was thinking to myself "just another challenge video" going into it. But the scenes where Natacha broke down, felt so endearing and relatable. It was motivating to see that even she experiences those feelings but she turns it around and pushes through to accomplish her goal. All to say, I enjoyed the video 🥰

Well done 👏

My boyfriend did an 160km ultra trail race two weeks ago and it was insane!!
Crying along with you, this got me feeling all the emotions. Huge congratulations on an epic adventure! 🥰
I’m sobbing, laughing, smiling, feeling your determination. I love this and I love you! Thank you for showing this to us!! You are absolutely amazing!
You’re such a powerhouse, so inspiring
I enjoyed every second of this video
I laughed, I cried, I felt like I was right there beside you
Such a ray of joy
So genuine
Keep going❤️
I'm sorry I had to laugh through so much of this video because it's so relatable for any type of 24 hour effort. The tears, the sit breaks, the delirium, the frustration. You're such an amazing person and athlete, and this is an incredible feat. Your emotions are just enough to remind us all that you are still human!
Currently injured (again) and not capable of running, and can’t wait to watch you take us along with you on this journey!! You are such an inspiration, Natacha ☺️♥️
I'm sorry to hear that, but you'll be back!! I'm cheering you on! The biggest hugs, I'm there with you 🤗
Everyone needs a Mario in their life! It seems like he is a very supportive person 🥰 great job, natacha! I admire you and your strength so much
Impressive and inspiring! The way you take on every challenge with such enthusiasm and determination is amazing to watch ❤️
Thank you so much for putting so many devotion and effort on this video, its truly inspirational❤️
love it as always!! i love that you say 'yet' after a new big goal. such a good mindset (:
I also love that you showed you crying.
Ahh so excited to watch! If you see this Natacha thank you for always putting out quality content 💕
ahh thank you Ellie that really means a lot! I hope you have an amazing start to the week!! ❤❤❤
This video was the inspiration I needed, thank you
16 miles is amazing anyway omfg
Just a quick return to this comment, after watching a lot these videos and getting my mind right in other ways I am happy to say I did complete my first marathon 2 weeks after my first failed attempt
@@kellenclowe626 "failed" implies you didn't achieve something from the first time, which you definitely did! Congratulations on trying again 👏
You are absolutely a bad ass! Such an inspiration. I felt every single emotion you felt along the way. You did amazing!
ahh thank you Crystal, we went through a lot!! 😂😂😂
I love you for always pushing yourself and inspiring others! Also it's so cute how Mario supported you the entire way! Y'all are the best ❤
thank you so much Aparna!! Honestly he's just too good to me I've been treating him all week haha as a thank you!! All my love! ❤❤❤
When she said she had twenty one minutes left I laughed because I haven’t ran twenty minutes in too long. Today I’ll have to do that for Natacha. 🖤
Thanks for inspiring me to go for a run today Natacha! I’m so looking forward to it, even though it’s probably going to kick my butt 🙃💪🏻🦋
Girl, you're crazy and I love it! Such an inspiration to try and push yourself
natacha, you constantly inspire me. The pure strength and vulnerability that you display is incredible. I am so blessed to have a role model like you. Someone who always sees the positive, someone who goes after her dreams, someone who is kind and supportive, and someone who makes the world a better place. We love you, and we are so proud of you. ❤️
