ASOLUTE BEST way to remove Plastidip!!!

REMOVE STUBBORN PLASTIDIP IN SECONDS!!!
Some say use WD40 or PB Blaster... sure it will work with a ton of scrubbing. THIS is by FAR the best way to remove stuck on plastidip! A little gasoline (I used 87 octane), a paint brush, a scrubber, and some paper towels! That's it! Works amazing!!!
Disclaimer: might not be great for paint if left on too long. Or for the front of your rims. Be careful how you use it! I am not a pro, but heard this tip from someone who fixes/repairs/powdercoats rims for a living, and he told me this is how he does it.

Wd-40 doesn't work but pb-blaster works just as good as gas

i just did mine like that, works welll, but its only good if you dont care about wathever is under (paint/clear coat) cause everything is coming right off lol

Use turtle wax label remover not even a minute with a pressure washer off

They were getting powdercoated so it didn't matter

J Jack yea. Used diesel with a paint brush. Worked like a charm on rims. Not sure if I would use it on car paint though

You know most rims now have a clear coating. Gasoline isn't friendly to clear coat.

J Jack yea. Not friendly but I figured if car paint can take so much tripping fuel around the paint area of filler then two minutes shouldnt do too much harm

Mineral Spirits or Paint Thinner worked for my rims. Did the same steps.

If the plasti dip was applied correctly to begin with you should have been able to peel it off

I bought the rims like that so whoever did it prior to, definitely did it wrong!
