    Jumping Jack - 1 set 30 reps
    High knees - 1 set 30 reps (1 rep = both legs)
    Squat - 1 set 10-15 reps
    Break
    Ankle jumps - 3 sets 10 reps
    Tuck jumps - 3 sets 10 reps
    Standing jumps - 3 sets 5 reps
    Bulgarian split squat (weighted) - 3 sets 15 reps per leg
    Squat (weighted) - 3 sets 30 reps
    Leg curl - 3 sets 15 reps per leg

    Coach Donny i just watched your videos about volleyball and training drills... and to tell you i learned a lot.. i just learned to play volleyball in just one month and its because of you... and now ill be playing in a tournament though i'm not good enough but i can help my teammate to contribute when it comes to spiking or receiving volleyball...     Thx bro I’m 5’9 you got me my first dunk during the season last year and I just did my first 180 slam, I’m workin on my 360 now and I think I’m gonna beat the vertical record at my school who is currently held by alumni and Olympic runner Christian Coleman who holds the current world fucking record for 100m and 40m, ur program helps so much thx bruh

    i live in an apartment in seoul. the ceiling is half a foot above my head. i can barely do any of these without bother the neighbors downstairs and slamming my arm into the ceiling. still doing it anyways lol

    i’ll try this for volleyball. i’m a middle and about 5’8 so i naturally get over the net pretty easily but there’s always room for improvement! the gyms just opened for players and coaches only so my team is making up for club season with a summer league because of corona. i’m probably a little rusty with jumping since i haven’t been working on it but i’ll definitely try to do these exercises

    I use to be able to jump through the roof. While playing soccer I ended up tearing my meniscus in my knee. I have been going very easy on it since then to let it heal. Now it's time to get that jump back. This video couldn't be timed more perfectly. I'm going to try it. Also, Is that a picture of Bruce Lee in the background? ^_^ Keep them coming!

      I started doing them at that time and found that I couldn't do the exercises with a backpack on as my knee couldn't take it. I could do the others but was afraid of damaging my knee more. I am in the process of getting surgery on it in hopes I can start doing these again later. Wish me luck!

    I used to watch ur videos.. very informative for volleyball players. Keep up your good work!!
    I'm having severe shoulder pain whenever I hit the ball in the air. Ultra sound revels that it is subacromial bursitis. I'm assuming it may be due to my wrong volley ball spike action. Can you please do a video which shows correct arm swing when spiking? It will be helpful for myself and young players out there to avoid shoulder injury.. Thanks advance!

      You are right its due to wrong hitting position . I had also such a problem but when ever i hit the ball and my hand used to be over the ball there would be no problem but from lower position it was very agony . Sorry for wrong english

    No bullshit. I did this 2 weeks ago on a Thursday and had a basketball game on Sunday I noticed a difference. These workouts are amazing. I play a lot of basketball and do a lot of hill running, but if you can do this 1-3 times a week you'll be flying

    I have just subscribe and thank you for this video. I'm just a girl trying to learn volleyball and join my team but it feels like I'm going to let them, I haven't join the team yet, because I want to lose weight first and practice everything I know about volleyball. Volleyball is actually the first sport that I really really(!) love. Thank you for making this TH-cam channel.
