      @@livinginventuracounty1071 I will for sure be using you guys when we buy next year. Another great video would be is about the Safest Sections to Live in Oxnard. I joined some Facebook groups and people there say that you can go a few blocks and it can be unsafe or you can go a few blocks and it’s paradise. I need to kinda have an understanding what zones are safe and what zones are not. And preferably do it in areas closest to the 75 or below degrees. I subbed to your channel so when that comes out I’ll study it for sure! Thank you so much!!

      We are not allowed to talk about many things such as crime, homelessness and school ratings. We might have crossed the lines a few times and I will need to go back and edit those videos.
