Great young lad, men like that built this country, fought and died for it. We need more like him.
there is no glory in "dying for a country" that is exactly the mentality we do not need, it brings nothing but misery, as well as broken communities and countries. Let's try and evolve a bit more beyond cavemen and ideological fantasies, like "living for a flag"
He reminds so much of Fred Dibnah, the charisma, and charm. Legend in the making right here. Get him a TV show going round doing odd jobs and learning traditional trades like thatching that lime plastering etc. He'll become an absolute star.

I love someone who is entrepreneurial and unashamedly themselves. I grew up in Wrexham in the aftermath of all the broken down industries. You had to be like Alfie to make a few quid. You couldn’t do people over because everyone knew everyone and you’d get found out. He’s clearly a nice lad. I can’t believe someone hasn’t offered him a decent job. He’s the sort of person you could mould into something good.

Laurance Fox was so far out of his depth in this interview. He really doesn't understand positivity.

We all know an Alfie type - popular down the pub, saying hello to everyone, only thinks one day at a time etc. But before you know it Alfie is 60 and wondering what he has done with his life. You have to have some long term strategy in life and work towards getting to where you want to be given that strategy and if that means not being so nice now and again so be it. What's the saying "Nice guys never win". I fear Alfie is far too laid back for his own good.

Absolutely love Alfie, Im a working class lad from down the road from Clitheroe and these people are the salt of the earth. Im a bit gutted to see Alfie on the gutter channel that is GB news because this scum channel makes its money by getting working class people riled up about things that don’t matter to distract from the fact that this government is failing them in every which way. He started out as a young lad odd jobbing nowhere turning into the man and slowly moving up he needs a bit of polishing around the edges but if I seen him in the pub ide definitely buy him a pint there's an hour long video on TH-cam of him so much for the community so lacking theses days in younger people!!
