Definitely should continue as a duo from time to time, the dynamic works perfectly and helps people who don't even care about the takeaways enjoy the content. On top of that, what Alfies doing with himself is inspirational and I hope he goes really far in his life. Good guy. Bring him back on 100%

Brilliant video, what resonated with me is the young gentleman saying he doesn't like the diagnosis and label, but realistically being able to diagnose people with ADHD has massively progressed the learning and understanding of the condition . It has helped millions of people to be understood and not just dismissed as badly behaved or lazy amongst other things.
I love Danny's conversations how they are about the simplest things sometimes, yet so meaningful. Its a shame many people nowadays almost look down on this kind of communication, yet its exactly what this world is missing.

I could imagine Alfie in his own fish-out-of-water reality tv show, where he travels up and down the country doing really odd jobs for people, like cleaning out the most disgusting house or fixing someone's canal-boat, or weird stuff like that.
I myself have adhd and my son and multiple family members. Adhd people can be so creative and smart and amazing. My cousin was a nightmare growing up but hes kind of grown up like alfie very good at doing things. My son wants to be an electrician and loves science. Alfie mate your adhd makes you amazing
