You should NOT spread racial hatred based on lies.
If you read newspaper of at the time of Great Kanto Earthquake, you will see tons of articles of Koreans killing, raping, robbing Japanese and setting fires on houses in various parts of the Kanto region.
      The Japanese formed vigilante groups.
Didn't you see what happened after Great East Japan Earthquake? You think that is something that people can do all of sudden?
The Japanese has been doing that for tens of thousands of years. Why all of sudden kill Koreans? You think they even have time to do that?
You are spreading hatred based on Korean lies. They are professional victims. It is about the time the world should know that.

One of the most attractive thing in Tokyo or in Japan is the 24 hours convenient shop culture, those small scale shops are distributed everywhere in Tokyo and they sell all kinds of food especially for its ready-to-eat banto....That tastes amazing and sometimes even better than the restaurant food.....You can have a good meal in a shop around your home any time within a day with a relatively low expenditure. Even in the midnight, if you want to find some food to eat, just go out and enjoy the snacks and bento with an lovely and warming packing......

@Quentin Lecuva That is part of the Japanese culture, they are relatively introversed and indirect compared to the western culture, which is seen as enthusiastic and straightforard.....But if you are the person who is quiet, polite and chases for the reassuring and safe living environment, Tokyo must be the first choice.

I'm usually not a fan of big cities and densely populated areas. And I was pretty anxious when I went to Japan for the first time but ... Tokyo, with all its size and people, is surprisingly easy to fall in love with . Even when you have an unbelievable amount of people around you, it still never really felt crowded to me. At least not in a bad way that makes me uncomfortable. Mainly because everything works so unbelievably well. Can't wait to go back soon!

i'm really tired of these people who defend the Japanese without recognizing the objectively numerous cultural flaws they have. many of them wasted my time without explaining and admitting their problems and only made my opinion of them worse. how can we understand people who are both reserved, hypocritical, and deceptively nice, who constantly impose their formal side on us and insult us behind our backs rather than showing us their natural side? learning a language takes too long and it won't get better if they refuse to explain our faults.
and don't bother me with redundant arguments like "people are like that everywhere" or "it's your fault."
japan is truly the land of excessive tatemae, under the slightest pretext.
that's why people who say we should learn things from them anger me off so much. Filipinos and many Chinese make more effort to understand Westerners. i appreciate japan for its natural beauty, but its people aren't remarkably good.

We definitely know the World war I and World war II and We regret what our ancestors did a hundred years ago.
We donated enormous amount of money to Korea to compensate.
However The Korean government has spent all of the money just on economic development, which should be given to the war victims. Most of comfort women and other war victims were eventually dead without compensation.
Now, the Korean government hid the fact that Japan paid the compensation and demanded it again, saying that Japan has never offered compensation or apology.
But this is not true even the Japanese emperor has already apologized and enough compensation has already been made.

Also, the people there are so lovely and so willing to help even if your Japanese is non existent. Other cities need to seriously take a page out of Tokyo's book if they want to better their society.

James Jones I am Japanese, and I grew up in America, I don't know about current America fist hand so I can't speak about that but, Japan does have its short comings, I know many Americans that live here, some like it and stay some don't, its different, but its not some idealistic utopia, different country, different problems, I do think it'll be easier if you are sick of your current predicament, since a lot of the local problems in Japan won't bother you, but that can be said for living in a country that is far away from where you live.
