Good presentation. The house is not friendly to persons with disability. The entrance has stairs only without a ramp. Remember that each one is a potential candidate for physical disability and hence the necessity of taking this into consideration. Food for thought.

I feel the houses are value for money though somehow the ceiling is not impressive considering it's already outdated and monotonous design and the tiles are really weird looking especially kitchen's you buy and renovate a new house.
