    The humour very entertaining 👏. The tour very informative and the house very elegant. Strategic location but the price truly for the rich

    Awesome house, great location but I expected HOB cooker and extractor in the kitchen, wet kitchen added, master bathroom unique bathtub, upgraded chandeliers and lightings inside the house....45 million is overprized

      Great suggestion!.. the kitchen will be full equipped. About the lighting we are pushing for some options…

    The "Earthquake coffin" of this house is the unsupported concrete slab overhanging the balcony. Bathrooms is where everything-design falls apart... for example, installing floor to ceiling tiles in the cloak room... the unsightly bathroom sink randomly placed in the hallway, unsealed bathroom tiles. Exterior doors have weatherstripping or a semblance of it which is good and it is about time to bring the laundry room in the house, without wall tiles all over laundry room.

    I think the real estate in Kenya is soo much overprized. Of course because of the illegal "wash wash" money and illegal practices in the land sector. That said and done, 45 millions is a lot of money for a 50 by 100 despite the development on that piece of land.

    • @AfricanRealEstate
      @AfricanRealEstate  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      There is also that ,but kiambu road is relatively affordable compared to there upper middle class areas

    • @loreignjoy9919
      @loreignjoy9919 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's not going to be overpriced when you resale it for a higher price in a few years,,,, 😒,,,, value appreciates in years,,,, and prices are different depending on how developed the area around is and the ease of essential amenities it has,,,,,, you can't sell for this price in ruiru or malaa,,,, it's very simple lol,,,, I think you should have said for 45M ,,, you shouldn't have to share a compound or anything whatsoever with anyone else,,, and I also don't need to be doing any upgrade or fixes,,,, but true some homes are overpriced

    • @Benson_Mutuku
      @Benson_Mutuku ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@loreignjoy9919 You said really a lot to confirm the same point. Kshs, 45M for a house on a plot of 50 by 100 is just a lot of money. No matter what or where.
      In places where we can allow and understand such values, the land size is usually more than a quarter of an acre so that the house has enough compound for other services/amenities, and you don't have to share compound. 50 by 100 is just a small space and a clear indication of an uncontrolled development area ( in terms of minimum land size). Anyway, It is Kenya !!

    Africa homes specifically Kenya are way over priced. You can buy amazing home much less priced in western world. Most of this homes use septic tanks or bio digest and don’t have proper running water nevertheless they are priced close to half a million dollar. I can think of millions other reasons. Don’t get me wrong I love Kenya and Africa in general but I don’t get. Help me out.

    Only a mad person or one who has gotten illegal money can can spend 45million on a property sitting on a 50 by 100 plot. The problem is they are so many there. Sad fact
