Perhaps the most beautiful and well thought out interior design and layout I've seen on your channel so far. Scared of how close the private balcony is to the perimeter wall though.
Very lovely and compact home. Not too exaggerated on size save for primary bedroom closet which I feel could do with a little more size..Also all spaces in the home are functional. The cleanliness of the house (given people are living there from the looks of it) is definitely top tier 👌🔥... The primary bedroom idea on the ground floor is definitely an idea I've gotten sold on. Had commented the same in another channel especially due to that age factor. Giving up a beautiful bedroom space just because you can't go up the stairs anymore is not very impressive you know. Only challenge with the design would be now what to do with elderly guests who can't equally use the stairs so probably have two bedroom wings on ground floor,one for the primary bedroom and the other for the guest bedroom then watoto and other fit people wajipange na upstairs.

A few suggestions, 1) Could you include details of when these houses are built. Not clear if this one is a new build or a few years old. 2) Specify in your title that the price is for Rental not purchase. 3) Use consistently either KES or USD pricing as it gets confusing. 4) Not sure if the owners just want to rent or if someone wants to purchase what the price would be, roughly.
Wow, the quality of inside has improved in Kenyan homes. How big is the land upon which the house is build on? 100x 100 ama 50x 100. It’s a beautiful house.

The master bedroom on the main floor is a wise decision. There is a story in TikTok about a Zambian millionaire who now lives in the servant quarters while his house manager lives in the palatial master room on the second floor. The home's owner is paralyzed and, therefore, cannot conveniently access his master room on the upper floor.
@@NaturalktedyEdna beautiful house but my greatest concern in the kitchen is the placement of the cooker. You have absolutely no surface to utilize while cooking, where do you place your oil, spices, cooking spoon? That space is also right next to the door making it too squeezed. Additionally, the placement of the cooker, fridge and sink should form a triangle to make it practical for use. More thought should have gone into that.
To be honest...I like the primary bedroom en it's washroom however,I find it quite insatiable with a dark walking closet. One has to use artificial lights during day😏
