IFT is a simple device for constructing RF Circuits. It is a simple device, easy to tune etc. If you don't have an IFT you can use inductor and capacitor to make this circuit. But the selection of such components should be done as per the tuning frequency requirement of your circuit.
LC oscillators are high frequency oscillators, so first select inductors which are available in the market then go for capacitor by applying frequency and inductance value in the appropriate formulas
For the LC components it looks like you used what you referred to as IFT, correct? Does this stand for Intermediate Frequency Transformer? If so is it a tunable center tap inductor? Does it include the capacitor that is the C in LC? If so can you please provide the details of the IFT? I like the resulting frequency that you ended up with so the IFT that you used will work for me also. Thank you!!!

IFT is not readily available in the market, but you can make an IFT by using a ferrite core, copper wire and a capacitor.

Replace IFT with two 0.1 mH inductors and a 0.1 uF capacitor. For higher frequencies use low value capacitor
