On grid systems like this is not a good option for those who have to pay 10k bill bimonthly, bcz the installation charge is huge n the amount we are saving yearly is not much high. Also the efficiency of the panel decreases gradually. Moreover if there is a power outage then you are also out of power during same time tho you've spend so much amount installing on grid solar system.
They have not mentioned the type of panel and inverter technology used in this. I assume it is string inverter they used. Now a days micro inverter technology is used all over world.
M using 5KW. I get from 420 unit (monsoon) to 614 unit per month till now. Daily production from 5 to 25 units depends on the weather. But this 5 unit produced on heavy rain and no proper sunlight and only on one day. Otherwise getting minimum of 9 units and maximum of 25 unit daily
Good starter video but many aspects yet to be cleared....type of panel, battery sets and maintenance, inverter etc. What are additional precautions taken for lightning affecting the inverter, batteries and electric network. Can we operate pumps like borewell submersible types etc through inverter.

But nobody talks about it’s decreasing efficiency after 5 years ,which leads to upto 40 to 50 % less power at the end of life span.Those who are having less than Rs 8000 electricity bill, this won’t be a profitable.And the energy production is not calculated if the power is off in the KSEB line.

Inverter charge / battery charge almost 50% used ആകുമ്പോഴേക്കും automatically KSEB യിൽ നിന്നും battery ചാർജ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള കറൻ്റ് എടുക്കും. Battery charge 0% ആകും വരെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ സമ്മതിക്കില്ല എന്ന് സാരം... സോളാർ പാനൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടും പുള്ളിക്ക് Rs.5000/ - വരുന്നുണ്ട്...
Off-grid syste ത്തിൽ kseb ക്ക് പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് roll ഒന്നുമില്ല ബ്രോ. നങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ചെറിയ mistake വന്നതാണ്. ബാറ്ററിയുടെ DOD (Depth of discharge) ഒരിക്കലും 40% ത്തിൽ താഴാൻ പാടില്ല. അങ്ങനെ വന്നാൽ, ബാറ്ററി ലൈഫ് 1 year പോലും നിൽക്കില്ല. അതായത് 10.4/10.5 volt എപ്പോഴും അതിൽ ഉണ്ടാകും. ബാറ്ററി അതേ ലെവലിൽ എത്തുന്ന സമയത്ത് സോളാർ production ഇല്ലായെങ്കിൽ KSEB ലൈനിൽ നിന്ന് MPPT വഴി charging തുടങ്ങി 14.5 % വരെ എത്തും. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് KSEB വഴി charging നടത്തേണ്ട എന്ന് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, ഇൻവെർട്ടറിന് പുറകിലുള്ള ഓട്ടോ സോളാർ switch off ചെയ്തിട്ടാൽ മതി.
KSEB ഉടനടി NET METER സംവിധാനം മാറ്റി GROSS METER സംവിധാന ത്തിലേക്ക് മാറും.... ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെന്റ് Preassure ചെലുത്തി അതു നടപ്പാക്കിക്കും.... അതോടെ ഈ സോളാർ എന്ന കുമിള പൊട്ടും... *PICTURE ABl BAKI HEI BAI*

1. Panel സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ, monoperc ആണോ polycrystalline ആണോ എടുക്കേണ്ടത് പറഞ്ഞില്ല, താരതമ്യേനെ നല്ല പ്രൊഡക്ഷൻ കിട്ടുന്ന panels ആണ് monoperc, but Tata Solar മാത്രമേ kseb വഴി provide ചെയ്യുന്നുള്ളൂ, 3.28kw ചെയ്യാൻ 1,27,654 (8months before).
2. Gross metering വന്നാൽ ഈ പറഞ്ഞ കറൻ്റ് ചാർജ് zero ആവത്തില്ല, export വൈദ്യുതി അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള തുച്ഛമായ തുകയെ കുറയു, ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ rate അനുസരിച്ച് 3 kw വെച്ച ഒരാൾക്ക് മാസം ഏകദേശം 800 മുതൽ 1200 വരെ, gross metering കൊണ്ട് വരാനുള്ള എല്ലാ സാധ്യതകളും ഉണ്ട് താനും.(NB: Regulatory commiitte not refused the KSEB proposal).

പേര് സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നതു പോലെ തന്നെ മോണോ ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ പാനലുകൾ ഒറ്റ സിലിക്കൺ ക്രിസ്റ്റലിൽ നിന്ന് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ, പോളി ക്രിസ്റ്റിലെൻ പാനലുകൾ ഒന്നിലധികം ക്രിസ്റ്റലുകൾ ഉരുക്കി ചേർത്താണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കുന്നത്. പൊതുവിൽ മോണോ ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ സോളാർ പാനലുകൾ കറുത്ത നിറത്തോടു കൂടിയും, പോളി ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ സോളാർ പാനലുകൾ നീല നിറത്തോടു കൂടിയുമാണ് കാണുന്നത് എന്നതിനാൽ പാനലുകൾ ഒറ്റ നോട്ടത്തിൽ തിരച്ചറിയാൻ സാധിക്കും. *മോണോ ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ പാനലുകൾ താരതമ്യേന കൂടുതൽ കാര്യക്ഷമതയും ( Higher efficiency), വിലയുമുള്ളവയുമാണ് (Cost).*
സോളാർ പാനലുകൾ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഗാർഹിക / ചെറുകിട ഉപഭോക്താവ് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട പ്രധാന സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷനുകൾ അവയുടെ *പവർ ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് (Wp), മൊഡ്യൂൾ എഫിഷൻസി (%),* എന്നിവയാണ്. ഇവ തുല്യമായി വന്നാൽ മോണോ ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ പാനൽ ആയാലും പോളി ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ പാനലായാലും ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ശരാശരി വൈദ്യുതിയും (യൂണിറ്റ്), പാനലിൻ്റെ വിസ്താരവും (WxL) തുല്യമായിരിക്കും (സോളാർ പാനലിൻ്റെ വിസ്താരം അതിൻ്റെ എഫിഷ്യൻസിക്ക് വിപരീത അനുപാതത്തിലായിരിക്കും)
ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മികച്ച സോളാർ പാനൽ ഉത്പാദകരിലൊന്നായ വിക്രം സോളാറിൻ്റെ 345Wp നൽകുന്ന സോമേര ഗ്രാൻ്റ് (Somera VSM 72.AAA.03.04) മോണോ ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ പാനലുകളും, അവരുടെ തന്നെ എൽഡോറ നിയോ 72 സിൽവർ സീരിസ് പോളി ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ പാനലുകളുടെയും സ്പെസിഫിക്കേനുകൾ താരതമ്യപ്പെടുത്താം. ഡേറ്റ ഷീറ്റ് പ്രകാരം ഇവ രണ്ടിൻ്റേയും ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് പവറും , എഫിഷ്യൻസിയും, യഥാക്രമം 345 വാട്ട് പീക്കും, 17.65 ശതമാനവും എന്ന് കാണാം. *ഒരേ സൂര്യപ്രകാശം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഒരേ സ്ഥലത്ത് ഈ രണ്ട് പാനലുകളും വച്ചാൽ രണ്ടിൻ്റേയും ശരാശരി ഉത്പാദനം കണ്ടെത്താൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്ന കണക്കും തുല്യമായി വരും.*
അതായത് മേൽ പറഞ്ഞതിൽ മോണോ തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്താലും, പോളി തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്താലും വാർഷിക ഉത്പാദനം ശരാശരി 5.6 ( പീക്ക് സൺ അവർ ) x 280 ( ശരാശരി ദിവസം) x 0.345 ( പാനലിൻ്റെ വാട്ട് പീക്ക്) = 541 യൂണിറ്റ് ആയിരിക്കും.
ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ ഗാർഹിക / ചെറുകിട ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾ മോണോ ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ ആയാലും പോളി ക്രിസ്റ്റലൈൻ ആയാലും പാനലുകൾ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധ നൽകേണ്ടത് പവർ ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് , പാനൽ എഫിഷ്യൻസി, പാനലിൻ്റെ വില എന്നിവയിലാണ്. അല്ലാതെ സോളാർ സെൽ മാനുഫാക്ച്ചറിംഗ് സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ മാത്രം പാനലുകൾ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നത് ഉപഭോക്താവിന് സാമ്പത്തിക നഷ്ടം വരുത്തും.

Never 0 charge. In night KSEB is needed. Fixed charge is to pay by everyone . No money will get only adjustment is effected in the bill only. That is also for six months only. No carry over after six month. Any way solar plant is good for mankind.

Panel nu അടിയിൽ മാത്രം വന്നിരുന്നേൽ climate kaaranam damage ആവുന്നതും കുറഞ്ഞെനെ.. Panel sizes അനുസരിച്ച് സ്ട്രക്ചർ ചെയ്തിരുന്നെ്കിൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു.

എൻെറ സുഹൃത്തിന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ സോളാർ പാനൽ വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് with inverter and battery. But, KSEBയും സോളാർ കമ്പനിയും ചേർന്ന് ഒരു പണി കൊടുത്തു. Inverter charge / battery charge almost 50% used ആകുമ്പോഴേക്കും automatically KSEB യിൽ നിന്നും battery ചാർജ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള കറൻ്റ് എടുക്കും. Battery charge 0% ആകും വരെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ സമ്മതിക്കില്ല എന്ന് സാരം... സോളാർ പാനൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടും പുള്ളിക്ക് Rs.5000/ - വരുന്നുണ്ട്...

നങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ചെറിയ mistake വന്നതാണ്. ബാറ്ററിയുടെ DOD (Depth of discharge) ഒരിക്കലും 40% ത്തിൽ താഴാൻ പാടില്ല. അങ്ങനെ വന്നാൽ, ബാറ്ററി ലൈഫ് 1 year പോലും നിൽക്കില്ല. അതായത് 10.4/10.5 volt എപ്പോഴും അതിൽ ഉണ്ടാകും. ബാറ്ററി അതേ ലെവലിൽ എത്തുന്ന സമയത്ത് സോളാർ production ഇല്ലായെങ്കിൽ KSEB ലൈനിൽ നിന്ന് MPPT വഴി charging തുടങ്ങി 14.5 % വരെ എത്തും. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് KSEB വഴി charging നടത്തേണ്ട എന്ന് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, ഇൻവെർട്ടറിന് പുറകിലുള്ള ഓട്ടോ സോളാർ switch off ചെയ്തിട്ടാൽ മതി.
