    I love sweetgreen, but the bloating is possibly from their high sodium content. That’s one of my biggest issues with ordering too often from them. Some bowls have upwards of 1,600 mg

    Is the best option out there but you need to be careful because obviously they are going to use more aurugula or greens, perhaps rice for filling!!!!. This is great BUT you end up eating more calories on dressing and less on nutrients. For the bowls to be really healthy you need to put aside all dressings and ADD more meat and veggies making the bill double than what she spent. That’s the only way. Be careful people. Know your food. Perhaps you lost weight but being on a calorie deficit without knowing. Was this the RIGHT calorie deficit for YOUR body? Who knows.. maybe, maybe not. Bloating: well maybe some bowls had plenty of oxalates and your body doesn’t need them. Maybe the dressing added all the sodium. Maybe the protein was cooked with lots of salt? Who knows… when you are young you don’t feel the effects of our decisions but later on you do…. Having said that I still rather eat sweetgreen than any other option out there. It is good! But they are a business and their portions and thought for their profits. Please remember that.
