ABOUT ME
Hi 👋🏾 I’m Laura Omofuma & I'm a Nigerian based in The UK.
This channel is for my creative pursuit in my little nook of the internet.
I hope to share some of my favorite moments with you. I hope to grow, inspire and entertain.
Thank you for tuning in, and I hope there's a takeaway from each of my videos.
I'm doing the 10,000 step challenge for 31days. I'm on day 13 going strong . I may continue this for the rest of the year to see what happens to my body and mental health. Good luck to everyone that's participating in the walking challenge we got this.
that's great! I also want to do 30 days next month because I saw a lot of difference in my body in just 7 days. Good luck to you in your walking challenge, you deserve all the benefits💪
This was motivating. 10k steps challenge begun.
Thank you so much! Tag me when you do yours☺
This was lovely to watch and quite enlightening. It’s the research figures for me…Btw, did the total hrs at the end of the week cover up for the day you didn’t keep track or must it be 10k/ day?
Thank you so much for your comment 😊 that's actually a very good question and something I didn't think of. Yes, at the end of the 7 days I had taken 72, 637 steps. But I think there is a greater impact if you spread it out as opposed to doing it all in bulk. Don't you?
