Nutrition for beginners explained in a simple and effective way | Portion control tricks

  • Hi Champs! I hope you guys are doing awesome.
    In this video I am explaining the basics of nutrition: controlling your portion size. Consider it as a part 1 where I show you the hand tricks you can use to develop good habits. You should quickly be able to visualize what quantity you are eating.

    I also share other tips such as drinking water regularly when you are hungry, I talk about emotional eating and encourage you to educate yourself on nutrition. I believe you should pay for an actual course since you can learn more about yourself and earn a degree so it's worth the investment.

    Oh, wow! I didn’t know about the hand rule/visuals. It’s a good way to remember! Also, cheat days often result in gorge days and can ruin your progress for the week.

      You are absolutely correct with cheat days :) Yes it's a pity that no enough people know about the hand trick. Would you like to see more tips like that ? I have tons of ideas :)
