Is it adultery to be a polygamist? If so what happens regarding salvation for the wives and husbands of the polygamists in the bible ? My guess is to whom who knows more they are held accountable for their knowledge?
No, but as Christians we have been tasked with following the laws of the land when it doesn't cause us to sin. In America there is only one state that legally allows for polygamy. God calls us to a higher standard to be an example to the world & Love in a way that others crave what Christians have.

@@jayeburd8184 God allows for some things which are not the best for us. I personally believe polygamy falls under that category. I believe this is evidence by the fact that the Bible specifically outlines that a leader should be the husband of one wife, so based on that leaders are held to a higher standard but one we should emulate.
Wow can't believe in america where u have good infrastructure, high standard of living, good education, great universities, freedom, healthy curiosity of better society u still go towards things written thousands of years ago by people who knew next to nothing about world? It's ok for underdeveloped countries where people having to turn to supernatural when they are not able to do anything about their condition. What is wrong with these folks. If u want to follow follow Jesus message of compassion at least.
