Hey Ceci. This is the one! Weight for age, it is Angelina's best performance. It is not a cover. She is the first to sing it. How a 10 year old girl can interpret this song so well with nothing to copy beggars the imagination. It is her prime masterpiece, because the production is also a masterpiece. Together they are inconceivable.

Ceci, I don't know how this video of yours slipped by me but, anyway, to me it is a must she records this after she is officially marketed to the world. And, I will predict, it will top the charts and become the number one song in the world. Yes, the world!
Everyone will know who Angelina Jordan is. Saying a little prayer for her at that time is a good thing to do as she faces the challenges of all the attention.
But, Ceci, I have confidence that Angelina anticipates what lies ahead in regards to the pressures she will face and has prepared herself to meet those challenges. Oh, she will be in tremendous demand but she needs to not get anxious and, instead, stay on a path which suits her best.

She is the only one who turns me inside out emotionally. Being old enough to be grand father it's just crazy but then again I'm sure I'm not the only one. Having listened to this song several time all I can say: She is the shining light from a distant planet. Bless her!

At one time this song was a little controversial in the fan community because of its origin story. Some were against it because it was a stolen demo that Angelina never released. Others said it didn't matter because it was too good to not be heard. I didn't take a side on it, but one thing that can not be argued is that it is an incredible vocal by Angelina. It is just one more of the many sounds she has. She can create so many different atmospheres with her voice, and the atmosphere she creates with this one is just beautiful. *Don't forget Angelina's new single 7th Heaven releases tonight at midnight!* (I have listened to it a dozen or so times now, and I love it!)

Fantastic and this, I Put A Spell On You, Feeling Good, Autumn Leaves, I'd Rather Go Blind, It's A Man's World, Mary's Boy Child, How Great Thou Art, Bohemian Rhapsody, Yellow Brick Road, All I Ask. I've deduced that the Norse God Odin sent Angelina and Aurora to
Earth, for there is no other logical explanation as to how these two
singers on opposite ends of the musical spectrum are just hypnotic
to the human species, like no others I have ever heard.
I keep thinking that I should be interested in other singers, that I am obsessed with her voice and that I am depriving myself by narrowing my focus to Angelina. However, hearing this once again confirms my belief that this girl is a genius like no one else that I have ever heard.

I can't even begin to imagine what a pre-teen thinks about to handle the responsibility of the power she holds with her voice. How does one still grow as a child when you see crowds swoon, cry, and become ecstatic with the intensity and beauty of her voice. Everyone who listens becomes enchanted, forever. It's hard to comprehend at times.

I have never heard any 10 year old sing anything like this at this high quality. It defies explanation as to how she can sound like this and communicate such raw, authentic emotion at her age of 10 years.

Hard to believe this is coming from a 10 year old girl. Angelina's musical intelligence is off the charts, and her talent has no limits. A vocal performance for the ages!!!! Recorded a week before her 11th birthday so more than 4 years ago. Should be among the biggest hits on the planet over the past 4 years but I believe it is just part of legend which is Angelina Jordan Astar.

Ken Vo i have said many times that had Angelina recorded this song it would have went Platinum, and made her the youngest singer age 11 to win big time at the grammy awards. It sure beats the heck out of "DRIVERS LICENSE" and some of the stuff that Billie, and Grace put out. Speaking about a first album, I mistakenly thought "7th Heaven" was going to be a album, I was all excited because I figure a album means C/D's and vinyl.. I have a small C/D collection Elvis, Willie, Roy Orbison, Norah Jones, Adele, Lana Del Rae, Patsy Kline, and Amira. I keep hoping for a Angelina C/D to come along and take the top spot. I live in Florida, and I spend many evenings sitting out in the back patio watching the birds on the feeder, and listening to C/D's. There are many, many great singers, but only 1 Angelina the queen of Jazz, and blues. Until I first heard Angelina, I always favored Norah Jones.
It's not her song it was a demo for the writer and her mother didn't approve of it because it was about suicide over a lover she was permitted to record it but not release it. maybe when she is older she can re-release it.
@@williamhensley5311, This explanation is only a rumor that was started and gained traction by so many repeating it. There is absolutely no evidence to back this. If it were the case, why would she have been allowed to sing any number of other songs referring to suicide or death, including her audition on Norway's Got Talent. The one judge even asked if she knew what the song was about and she only knew that it was a "Sad Sunday".

The reason you have never seen an official video of this song is because she found out it was about suicide. Once she did she vowed to never sing this song again... that is also why it says leaked at the beginning of the video.. it was not supposed to be shown at all. The sad part to me, in all of this. is that I think this is one of her all time best performances... this girl just never stops amazing me.. Her musical instincts at the ripe old age of ten are of the charts. You hear these kid singers that can belt out songs with great precision, but they are imitating an artist they listen to. Angelina is so far beyond that, it is ridiculous. She is literally making everything she sings her own. Her own singing style, her own arrangements. she is not a singer, she is a Musician. huge difference. This girl is stunning.!!!!!!!
IMO, The level of vocal excellence and sheer brilliance in this performance confirms that Angelina is a musical genius. Show me another ten year old child that can do what Angelina does when she sings. This brilliant performance demonstrates the complexity of Angelina’s vocal ability. Her understanding of the adult subject matter of the lyrics is beyond that of someone her age. There is also her keen sense of timing, her phrasing, melismas, runs, vocal fry and how remarkably deep she can go for someone her age.

This is the most underrated or overlooked song by Angelina. The idea that a ten year old can lead us through these dark lyrics so maturely is amazing. The many dimensions of her voice are evident here, as well as the raw emotional power she delivers. For someone who has been blown away by Angelina so many times, I react physically to this song every time. Angelina just wraps up mature singers and put them in her pocket, even at ten years old.

I'm serious Ceci, this Angel justs get better and better with every challenge she takes on, but one thing I think she will never improve on is her timing. I've been saying - a lot - that she has the best timing since Frank Sinatra, and I can't find any song yet that convinces me otherwise. It's Natural isn't it? It has to be..and by natural I mean natural for her, supernatural for the rest of us.

Angelina seems to know much more than she should at her age, in a good way. There truly is no explaining it.
Of everything that Angelina has produced in covers and originals this is my all time favorite. And although it was never meant to be released her skill and passion at such a young age is beyond that of mere mortals.
It’s like she’s truly lived all these emotions- how is that possible? She’s a child! She must be bringing this from a past life. WOW! I’m amazed every time I hear her.

last night i had an MRI. i hate them because of claustrophobia. even though i was medicated i still felt like running away while in the waiting room. but i put this song in my head and her voice carried me through 45 minutes of the torture tube. i just played this in my head over and over. her voice is so grounding. she's a gift.
Angelina never fails, almost every time there were a new song from her I would think that this one is her best ever. A little later after thinking about it I see that there are many songs at the same level. She's uniqe. And friday 19. we will have her new single out - "7th heaven". I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying, this girl is a Phenomena. Someone like this may only come along once in a lifetime. You don’t just listen to her singing beautifully you feel her singing beautifully. Tremendous natural talent. There are videos on TH-cam of her singing a song reading the lyrics from her phone, and it’s a first take, that’s unbelievable for anybody.
