id highly disagree what made that instrument morphing good is that it was done once or twice per song not every 3 to 5 seconds with multiple melodys that don't match
This is the most wild and creative mashup remix thing I have seen! SO clever. And the transitions were so clean? And the little details throughout and especially at the end? Should be getting anywhere from 100x to 1000x the views it has. Amazing job. You've earned a subscriber. Edit: HOLY CRAP I JUST REALIZED THAT 1:53 IS NON-STOP FROM HAMILTON! I THOUGHT IT WAS STUDENT LOANS AT FIRST BUT HOLY-
Dude, this is like about on par with Backwards / Forwards by DJ Earworm (Annie Lennox mashup) or damned close. Clever is a great word for both, and I usually don't like anything with the word "mashup" in it. Now I've got two that I adore. Extremely well put together, and the lines just... I mean, talk about telling a story using someone else's words but without ripping them off and actually adding to a creative body. Don't even know how I got here (only heard a few songs by AJR before tonight that my late girlfriend played me). Pretty sure just an accidental finger stabbing my screen from Bo Burnham. Happy accidents, yeah?
OMG WHY IS THIS SO GOOD! The beats of the song match so well with the lyrics and the bit! Is this on Spotify, because I NEED to listen to this on repeat! ❤
Ah, sudden Hamilton. A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one. Great job with this, it's such a brilliant idea that I'm surprised this hasn't shown up in my feed before!
at this point i listen to this version more than the official one, this is amazing! just a few touch-ups and it could be worthy of AJR playing this version at their next tour 🥺
This is really good but I feel like AJR would mix them together more to make it more clean and probably change the part where they switch between like 3 songs every 5 seconds
This is really fun and clever, and my only complaint is that with doing the transitions between the themes and sounds of the different songs referenced in the music video (beautifully done btw) the song loses a bit of it's build up and pay off
List of Songs: 3 O’clock Famous Dear Things Sober Things 3 O’clock Bang! 3 O'Clock Play Bummer Things 3 O’clock Sad 3 Hang Out Ok O’verture (I don’t have something For Weak)
As someone who didn't listened to 2 O'Clock Things, I can't say it sound like a complete song, I didn't noticed anything out of normal until Bang! dropped LOL
This is probably a bit of a stretch, but can you make a 3 O'Clocl Things cover using the Come Hang Out instrumental and acepella, cause the parts 2:39 and 3:10 sound absolutely amazing.
it's more thematically appropriate but kinda feels all over the place, I'm glad this version exists but I see why it wasn't the main version
yeah, I like the concept, but it just sounds too messy. I think the transitions could've been made smoother.
@@Mango_Boi yeah it needs a better transition
For every reference it plays the instrumental of the song
Nobodies talking about how fire 2:31 the scene looks paired with bang
2:00 Short appearance of Hamilton's "Non-Stop" is brilliant.
IKR???
after the tour i went back to to new york
There's having "eagle eyes" and then there is having "eagle ears". Nice find!
this is honestly what 3 oh clock things should've sounded like to go more with the whole instrument morphing idea which is throughout the whole album
but there's no instrument morphing
bummerland ok overture and worlds smallest violin have instrument morphing segments during the songs.
@@claymaker9794
@@claymaker9794
Bummerland and WSV both had that, which is probably what they're referencing.
i know but this versin of 3oct still doesnt have any

THE NON-STOP INSTRUMENTAL WAS SO GORGEOUS. one of these things is nottttt like the other

This extremely well made. I love the Hamilton part LMAO
I love how it STILL 'clicks' SO GOOD
1:00 BANG! Coming in?! That's Awesome!
The sober up to bang transition is so clean.
They should do a song like this
I also really hope that they saw this
Literally they should make a full version of each one cause they sound so good
AWESOME!!! That outro had OK Overture energy and I love it
Edit: I'm actually listening to this more than the original wtf
Augh 😩 the ok overture in the ending is so mmmmmm
I- it pains me that this isn’t getting more views wtf?!?
This is what we should have got! I love the original, but this really works better!
OK I ABSOLUTELY LOVE 1:00 THE BANG PART ❤❤❤
I can't stop watching this.....
This is so cool! I really like the small part of Bang! just before Come Hang Out
OMG WHY IS THIS SO GOOD! The beats of the song match so well with the lyrics and the bit! Is this on Spotify, because I NEED to listen to this on repeat! ❤
3 o’clock things normal is
NO WAY, REALLY? 😐@@jpn_gaming4981
3 o' clock Bummerland hits HARD
It’s playing the background music of the reference

1:53 hamilton!! i love the music just lowering when hamilton is mentioned
at this point i listen to this version more than the official one, this is amazing! just a few touch-ups and it could be worthy of AJR playing this version at their next tour 🥺
If anything this proves that AJR are very good at making beats that match tempo.
THIS IS SO UNDERRATED WTF
It's so underrated. This video deserves more views.
This is my favorite rendition of 3 O'clock things! Keep it up
Holy shit, I sat here and listened to this in complete astonishment. This is awesome.
this is crazy good, i love this version so much!!! ajr should see this frfr
This is really good but I feel like AJR would mix them together more to make it more clean and probably change the part where they switch between like 3 songs every 5 seconds
I love this so much
3:30 holy shit that mixed so fuckin well
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Bang to my play is so good!
This is really fun and clever, and my only complaint is that with doing the transitions between the themes and sounds of the different songs referenced in the music video (beautifully done btw) the song loses a bit of it's build up and pay off
This is genius.
I love the instrumental so much it work so much
I want full versions of these mashup bits
this is so creative, very well done. Love it
If it was cleaned up and the transitions were more smooth this would be better than the original
NON STOP WAS PERFECT
This is actually incredible wow!!
1:55 using nonstop here is so clever lmfao i love it
dude this genuinely makes me so happy i’m tearing up
I LOVE THIS!!!!!
What the heck this is so good dude!! 👏👏👏
it's Awesome....I love it so much....one of the best edit I've ever seen...I wish we can see more of your creative work...

Wow that was wonderfully put together
Why do some of those transitions actually hit though
For some reason it kinda sounds good
Oh my god this is absolutely amazing 😮😮
The Bang! and My Play were the best ones
And the sneaky Hamilton was grea

As someone who didn't listened to 2 O'Clock Things, I can't say it sound like a complete song, I didn't noticed anything out of normal until Bang! dropped LOL
they use the melody of the according music video
oh that's cool!
at 1:05 it was burn the house down start
it’s my play.
This is neat, not even joking-
Hey! That's pretty good!
Just.. gonna ignore the Ezra doll on the right...
Scares me.
3 o clock. But with more in link to music video
Kinda like everything everywhere all at once
What’s the instrumental at 1:42?
I think that's the clapping part of Hamilton's Non-Stop, which transitions into the fuller part
@@PKLuver944 Oh thanks but I meant more the piano melody
@@johnmichaels. I'm pretty sure it's still Non-stop. That song has LOADS of different melodies, it might as well be the whole dang musical
I’m hearing Way Less Sad in this part
underrated af
I like the idea of 3 0 clock things and sober
Sober Up x 30CT is lowkey a bop
I know! Where the hell is Jack.
Sounded pretty awesome excluding the goofy ass end
