Yes, you are correct. I thought that at first and blamed my eyes but took it apart, and it definitely has a dome. Now I have to change the title to SST40. Appreciate the good eyes. Thank you.
@@smotheredchrome I dedome all my domed emitters, get the emitter warm on turbo, then take a se blade and slowly slice toward the base. The hard part can be getting to the emitter, as I don’t take. Screws out, unless I have to lol.

Dear Smothered Chrome, seems like they sent to you the wrong version. Sticker on the box says "SFT40". But the actual LED looks like SST40.
