8:14 oh my god that is the best ambient riffy type sound I've ever heard you get Bea, something about the modulated delay with the shimmer verb is just amazing for that kind of "disturbing" themed playing. Well, that and the harmonics at the beginning of the video.
Got to visit the Keeley factory last time we went to Oklahoma. It's obvious the folks there love what they are doing and it shows in their products.

Robert Keeley no tap tempo?
Yeah, I saw this video for the first time about a year ago and that sound was exactly what I had been searching for. I got this pedal for Christmas this year and put a revv g3 in front of it and... at long last... MAGIC.
@@DoctorMcFarlandStudios It does not have tap tempo, but at the end of the day I was ok with that because of the other things it has and I already have a tap tempo on my Boss Me 25 which sounds better when an extra cable or headphone adapter in pluged in while pluged into a speakers or amp. I did a shootout with a caverns, a digitech, a dispatch master, and a hall of fame. I got this pedal after and for rythm playing with a little shimmer effect it is cool. I also got some lead tones which took a while to dial in. Some people would not really make use of all the effects on this pedal, but I would. I like many genres of music. I mainly wanted a reverb pedal with not an overwhelming amount of options with reverb and it was around my price range. My Katana Mini does not have reverb, just delay and I am glad I had a dream about some white pedal and i know I was ment to get the caverns. I don't think I need any of the more expensive reverbs.

Why do I always click faster when Bea makes a reverb or delay demo. Don't get me wrong I like Bea's other demos. But I love his approach to delay and reverb pedals.
Awesome playing - I love that you show the useful musicality of ambient reverb for this and other similar pedals versus the sleepy “spa” music that others like to demo with these incredible pedals.

I just bought a Keeley fuzz bender and.its is remarkablely useable on all settings. Once u move bias u have to redial other knobs but it's incredible. I'm here now looking at more Keeley boxes. Robert knows what he is doing and so does Bea. Great work.
Dominic McMahon I respect Keeley a lot. Love the demos I’ve seen on their pedals. I’ve had the fuzz bender for around a year now and it just doesn’t work for me personally, but is a fantastic pedal. I have a D&M Drive on the way and am so stoked

Absolutely ripping it up as usual. I just got this pedal a couple weeks ago and I’m really digging it. I use the shimmer on clean tones mostly, spring dirty and clean is decent but modulated with dirt is excellent. Once you dial this pedal in it’s a masterpiece.

Your comments at the end are exactly how I was thinking this pedals sounds and uses would be great for,very spacious and ambient sounds,just an overall excellent review..I have been searching online for one of this style of pedal for sounds other than regular reverbs,and this seems to fit what I need..I believe you can get lost in this pedals sounds creating wonderfully ambient tones..Thanks for the awesome review as always !

Great demo! Man, that's either a tiny pedal for so many features, or you have gigantic hands. ; ) Glad to see the Keeley has separate switches for the delay and reverb. I think that's a shortcoming of Brian Wampler's Ethereal.
Great review as always Rabea! I'm torn between this pedal and the neunaber immerse. both are amazing. and I expect to be similar prices. Money is the only thing setting me back, bills life etc... for now I just have my Line 6 Spider 1 100watt 212 with built in FX... cheers

For what it does this pedal is a really good deal. I'm going to get one since it can do things that normal delays and reverbs can't do.

Holy good fuck I just price checked this on Andertons. That's an unbelievably good price for a pedal like this! I have been saving up for an Earthquaker Dispatch Master but I think this may just have beaten it out. Considering it's about £70 cheaper.
Dispatch Master is a good pedal,I had the V2 and let it go,but this Keeley really IMO is so much better and I really like EQD brand pedals.

Loving the ambient sounds from the keeley. How does it compare to the strymon ?
Love the pedal... one complaint, when I get it set nicely on clean signal... great.
When I kick in some overdrive, it falls down and need to up the settings.
Stomp back on clean... snd its overset.
I mainly play with dirt but... good double effects pedal.

I might even combo this pedal wirh bias FX sometime. Bias FX 2 does have some cool stuff, but I like how my cavers is setup rn now I just might.

I was wondering if you could tell me whether plugging this straight into my amp would affect the sound as opposed to putting it in my effects loop. This is because I run two amps with an aby so I'd like it to go to both amps instead of one.

Does anyone know of a Delay pedal that allows you to adjust the PRE-Delay? ( Like a Rack Unit ). This sounds wonderful, but for the utmost in fine-tuning the Delay sound, pre-delay makes a big difference.

Rabea, would you say that one could use this pedal as their main reverb sound? or would a separate reverb pedal dedicated to just that be better?

This pedal replaced my Strymon Flint and I’m very happy about it. I can get way more out of this than the Strymon and my tone is better too. I don’t run a stereo rig so this is way better for my purposes.
