As long as you save and invest heavily in stuff like index funds through your 401K and IRA. $500 a month in the market over 35 years turns into about $1 million.
I like this house much more than those 32 million type mansions. It is much more full of life and it feels like you'd actually live in it instead of only in 20% of it.
Sincerely hope the pandemic will end soon, Hope everyone reading this have a bright future ,happy family and peace life along with this type of wonderful house🤗 You only live once , live happy , no worries👌🙌
Finally a decent layout. In most of your videos, all your $3M houses have a master bedroom that's smaller than the ensuite/walk in closet. This one actually has great built ins and custom finishes from the builder.
LOVE the color theme. Light, airy, and modern. Tons of white, wood, stone, and...really loved that slight hint of light blue(doors). Kind of reminds me of Jillian Harris :)
This house is soo pretty 😍 inside and out ,the design is just perfect exactly my style, all the little details are exactly right,as a interior designer myself i can say this was made by a very talented designer!! I would love to see more houses in those styles like this and the previous house 🏡
Lovely little cosy, working family home. Not too big, yet roomy enough. The kids' rooms with that Jack and Jill playroom are just brilliant, and that basement setup is perfect. And congrats on the silver button, hope your channel will grow, and it also helps your business, you deserve it
It's great seeing actual tours of the Trickle Creek homes instead of just creeping their Instagram lol. I will never get used to hearing you pronounce foyer though lol.
I remember trying to sell a home in Calgary 16 years ago and calling up a staging company (of which there was maybe 1) and letting them know I cleared the house out and they could come in and do their thing. Come to find out they just arranged what you already had. Far cry from where they are today obviously. I used to live in altadore when it was all war time era homes back in the day
I’ve been living in Calgary my whole life and I have not heard about this... HOW!? The house looks so nice! If it weren’t for the price tag I’d love in there at first sight
Love these houses I really like watching house tours and sometimes I don't like them cuz I'm kind of picky but I like these ones I also really love watching designing and stuff I think it's really cool lol went to this fits my needs to watch stuff about
Right? Everyone in Canada knows it’s Foy-eh (from the French); I shudder to think how he’d pronounce reconnoiter, cul de sac or connoisseur. Better to stick to vestibule.
Which Trickle Creek home did you like more...This one? or the last one?
This one
Love your Channel and I subscriber
Another one do the one in aspen that costs 14,000,000
THIS ONE!! Love how it’s super kid-friendly
I really like this one?
If your reading this you have potential to do great things and one day you will own a house like this. Yes. YOU.

Thank you.🤍

Kamilla Tòth ur right it looks like it is very homey and cozy!!!
Am I the only one that watches these instead of doing school work, because I find it relaxing and inspiring.
I've walked past this house almost every day during its entire build. I'm thrilled to see the tour!

From ikea of course 🙄

This is mostly restoration hardware and crate and barrel
Check the description
Seems weird to call anything in Calgary “coastal”
Yeah, given there's like 10 lakes in the whole province.
Never thought I'd like this forward kitchen layout, but this house really did it right. Great job propertygrams! Love the Canadian vibes

This is amazing! I hope they could build a smaller sized one with half the price! Lol
Lovely Home 💕 Thank you for sharing! 😍 Love from Calgary 🇨🇦
I love this home. This is nice. I would probably negotiate them down to 1.9M but aye, I love this, it truly speaks family.

Sounds so wrong to be in a house in Canada and call it a Foy-uhr rather than a Foy-eh
