This home was incredible to tour! One thing we do want to mention is that the day we filmed, there was an insane amount of wildfire smoke. Even though the views were great during filming, on a clear day we promise the views are even more breathtaking!

The 1430 Bramwell Road mansion is awesome. This is one of the most beautiful and well-designed mansions I have ever seen. I like the 3 levels and 3 master bedrooms mansion. One of the most beautiful rooms in the mansion is the Italian Censero white marble kitchen. I like the open design living room and dining room with the nice view of the city. I like the floating stairs. I like the 3 master bedrooms with the 2 doors entrance. I like the master bathrooms with the nice view. the third master bedroom with the bigger master closet is my favorite. I prefer the bed facing the view in the bedroom. I like the many balconies of the mansion. I like the basement entertainment and gym section. I like the large pool and jacuzzi. I like the office minus the $100k Lamborghini desk. Great tour guys.

OMG it is a beautiful home but those closet spaces they where designed lovely but too small at least 1 of those three primary should of have a bigger space
We would say the third primary had the biggest closet. It could be slightly bigger, but i mean there are three dedicated primaries aha

I typically don't leave comments at all, this isn't shade either. I think the camara person did a bad job at showing off this home. All I saw was the camera person follow a distracting hat from showing the rooms.( If there's a medical condition I'm sorry but there are less distracting hats to wear). I was so frustrated watching this. I wasn't sure if he's showing a home or modeling a product. The camera person missed a lot of great opportunities to show this amazing home. I didn't see closets, more of the bedrooms, the backyard. I saw at the most 2 angles from rooms. It was weird, I usually watch this page and on some videos I see more of him than I do of the home. He's a nice person but I want to see the home. There's nothing wrong with just showing the room and doing a voice over. Too much person, not enough house.
Thanks for the feedback Ricky, we have to decide what is most important to showcase during a tour and what is not. This is dependent on how much time we have to film a particular home and the overall features it has. This home is over 10K sqft, so there is a lot to film within the given time we had. We have to keep the tour length reasonable and not dragged out, so for this home we opted to show less scenes of each bedroom, closets, bathrooms. You still got to see each room, but not more then a few angles. Two bedrooms and the nanny suite where just clips of the rooms and voice over, we just can't drag things out with to many shots of a room when there is so much more to see. There is more involved behind the scenes I could go into, but hope you can understand overall. We do take in feedback and look to always improve! Thanks again for the feedback and watching!

Waste of money. That home probably cost 8 million to build max. The rest is just Vancouver luxury tax for the lot itself
Lot value in any desirable area are key factors to any homes price. The builder of this home spared no cost putting in the best materials etc. The worst is spending a ton of money on a home that has a high land value, but getting a poorly built home on top of that.

So the maid bedroom is next to the entertainment space ? You hate your maid ? Not very well organized. Small small small master closet. Dining table in the living room instead of the kitchen area ? And the wall dividing the living room from the kitchen is not open concept. Really not worth the money.
