When I think of dream home, I think of this. This is the type of house that you can just imagine is always warm, you’re always relaxed, at peace. No need for these massive modern mansions that you can’t touch anything in, this is the PERFECT home.
I keep watching all these home tours but I have never seen a better house than this one and the much it has to offer in only 3 million is great this is actually the best house I have ever seen

This must be the best formal living room I've seen on YT. Usually they just looks pretty, but you already know you wouldn't use it much. This one tho, just asks to get a book and chill with a cup of tea.

Wow. This channel is way better than Architectural Digest. I love how the presenters aren't cringey or snobby when showing the houses and how they're also humble and likeable. The cinematography is fantastic and the houses they show look way better than the ones that are shown on Architectural Digest, in a sense that they actually feel and look like homes and the architecture and interiors really emphasize that.

As a born and raised Calgarian, I can tell you that there are houses in this city that look like shacks costing over 1 mil due to just the location. Homes are $$$$$ here.

Don't get me wrong, i LOVE this home, but 3.5 million? I am thinking it is the water front access that is rising the price, but I'm not sure.
It's the community as a whole. Bayview is expensive, this is probably one of the most expensive houses in the neighborhood. The water views help
Why is there no pool? For 3.5 million I need a heated pool to swim in for the 4 months of the year in Calgary that it's warm enough

As a professional painter specializing in custom built luxury homes I had the pleasure to work for this builder in the past . Overall not a good experience working for them . For the work and craftsmanship we put in this homes , me and my fellow trades were underpaid , not to mention the never ending touch ups and service work that this builder expects free of charge...

The land on this street is close to $1.5M... This home will sell - this style is very popular right now.
@@pablogalvz No the land isn’t that expensive. There’s a 4316 sq ft home around the corner from this house (68 baycrest place) that also backs onto the reservoir and is listed for 1.25 million. It’s been totally redone so it shows like new.

If I paid that much money for a home in Calgary, I’d expect to have a front yard and more distance from my neighbours than a neighbourhood full of townhouse units a few feet from each other. No way would I pay to be so crowded in an area that isn’t so hot for real estate now.
