    join me for an explosive kettlebell swing workout!
    We’ll be using an AB format, alternating between kettlebell swings and different exercises with no repeats. Kettle bell swings really help you build your strength and endurance.
    The main muscles used are the glutes and hamstrings aswell as muscles of the upper back that act as stabilizers, basically the whole posterior chain.
    Each exercise is 30 seconds of work followed by a 10-second rest. This workout is perfect for burning calories, building muscle, and boosting your cardio all in one. Grab your kettlebell, and let’s get get into this workout!
