As a Canadian chef the level of jealousy I have that y’all have crab just chillen in your waters is intense…. Don’t get me wrong, we got some nice wildlife, but the variety I see from the states is crazy!

Interesting to see what was added in the pot with the crabs, all I ever add is Old Bay, beer and white vinegar. And I steam them on a rack.

You don't boil crabs....You steam them
