We made a lot of memories last summer fishing off that boat but as many of you know who live out west it is below freezing temperatures about 5 to 6 months out of the year in my neck of the woods, that means the inboard motor that was on that boat was useless half the year. That put us on for a new boat with an outboard motor. Feel like it would of been easier to swap engines and that way you know the pontoon you are building is super solid since you fully redid it

What would make a inboard un usable in freezing temps? I use mine all the time in below freezing temps…

I would think the seating would be better in the back. It will help you get on plane easier and better for watching kids on the tube.

@@gethushin I assumed since you were adding a 3rd. toon and mentioned family recreation and had a clip of water sports in the intro you would use it for that. A trolling rig is completely different but hey, it’s your boat lol.
