Just completed my latest boat restoration. Took my father-in-laws 1985 Monarch he purchased new and done a total restoration on it. Used alot of your videos to help me through the process. You’ve given me an example of what can be achieved. What talent and skills you guys possess. Attention to detail, outstanding……👍👍👍. I’ve never taken on a project of transforming a tinny…but try I will . At 79, I hope to do some fishing in my tinny Bass upgrade. Thanks for the video.

Thanks man. No foam up front because the hull does a tapered v and we stopped the aluminum in the flat storage area and left the far front hull uncovered hull for lifejackets or other stuff. It would have been a lot of extra work for an unused area long story short.
I would love to learn from you bro I am building out my own game fisher 1436 but doing it with parts I have or got donated it's going pretty good just not as clean as I would like cause I can't afford the aluminum for walls in hatches have to use plexi. But still show pride and keep it as clean as possible
Go buy a new boat. Some people prefer one off custom work built better than mass produced factory crap. But there's always that " i coulda bought a new boat cheaper " guy. Which isn't my customer base...lol

Id prefer pink or green but that's all they had in 1/4 inch size after going to multiple stores.
so its ok to use... just not the first choice. Got it.. now at least I know what to do to fill the remaining gap on top of the pink foam

Not enough. Every project is different and quoted different. All custom. Ive done projects from 5k to 40k

Really nice job. But the rivets probably leak like any rivet boat.
No. It was water tested before the build and the rivets were sealed in epoxy bottom coat (not in video).
