    Great video! lots of awesome information. What would be the difference if i were to engrave photo on glass? (crystal ornament)?

      @TrotecLaser  ปีที่แล้ว

      Glass can be tough to get a good photo; this is possible, but it will require practice, and the quality will not be as good as most other materials.

    Amazing! Can you please tell us what lens was used for the acrylic wedding photo? Thanks.
    Also, was the acrylic painted before? I tried many time but never got a good result

      All files in the video were processed with a 2.0" lens, and the acrylic is just our clear acrylic you can buy from Trotecshop.troteclaser.com/s/category/laser-material/acrylic/troglass-clear/0ZG4I000000GmlXWAS?language=en_US&c__results_layout_state=%7B%7D

    Any advice for engraving photos on metals with or without a color spray?

    • @TrotecLaser
      @TrotecLaser  ปีที่แล้ว

      I Recommend using photo rendering software for best results, 1-touch laser photo software has a filter for the metal marking spray with photos, and they offer a free 30-day trial to get it a try.

    On Job Control 11.4.4 I don't think there is an option to select "none" for dithering?

    • @davidstevens2577
      @davidstevens2577 ปีที่แล้ว

      In this situation, use the "Black and White" mode instead of "None," but I highly recommend updating your systems to the Free Ruby software as it handles the engraving of photos far better than Job Control.

    What type of tube and machine do you use?

    • @TrotecLaser
      @TrotecLaser  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We sell systems with all kinds of laser tubes, but this application was run with our best and fastest laser tube, our Ceramic core lasers, this quality cannot be achieved with a glass tube.

    That's great! Can you share the parameters of the dog carving in maple wood😃

    • @TrotecLaser
      @TrotecLaser  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The dog photo was engraved on a Speedy 360, 80-watt laser with a 1.5" lens at 100% power, 40% speed, 1000 Hz, and 500 DPI, and the image size was 24" x 12" onto a solid maple sheet and was rendered through the 1-touch laser photo software.

    Why won’t my photos upload into Ruby?

    • @TrotecLaser
      @TrotecLaser  ปีที่แล้ว

      Photos need to be a . JPG, .PNG, or. BMP to upload to Ruby; if you are using a different format, it will not work; if you are still having issues, please reach out to support for help at support@troteclaser.com
