item and qsave myth bust

You can do qsave whenever you want, it doesnt affect anything BUT if you load save that was made while item was still moving than that item will lose collision. If you didnt load such savefile, but item lost collision anyway that means item did that by itself, it can happen randomly sometimes (same thing with arcadia box, experienced runners might be familiar with that)
