Hi @oracletx thanks for your feedback! Yes, I confirm, it was a spring onion, I recommend cutting off the green part too, it's delicious! The bowls I used were about 7.8 inches in diameter. I had some pasta left over... this is because when you prepare it try to balance all the ingredients, in the sense, don't necessarily finish all the pasta, or the meat just because you've already cooked it... look at the layers I made and make them the same. If you follow my recipe you'll be perfect ;) It's very simple don't worry :)
