    I’m at 75lbs right now, trying to get to 100lbs weighted pullup before I turn 15 in June, any advice?

      Train pullup strength 2 times a week with 4 minutes of rest between sets.

    pausing at the top is a waste of energy, prioritize the stretch at the bottom and slow eccentric. Awesome job mate.
