Saffron is super easy to grow. It’s a fall blooming crocus and sends up long, grassy leaves that persist through the winter. It’s also a euphoric and helps with depression. I get about a jelly jar full of threads every year from about 50 bulbs. It also reproduces (divide like other bulbs, every couple of years).

I used ginger lemon mint and honey one year almost every day. Month by month I felt I become stronger. There was no pain in the body even when I was hit by metallic things. During sex you become monster that one woman can't handle. Side effect is when you think about sex you penis rise and never sleeps. You start thinking a lot about sex. It disturbs you from working. Also you feel so much strong that you want to hit the wall or somebody. So side effects influence in your behavior.

Love Sichuans EVERYDAY particularly the green ones bc of the numbing/tingling/electric pulse feeling which pairs really well with heat (capsicum) to let me get the flavor of extreme heat peppers (reaper) which taste sweeter yet slightly suppresses the burn. Also the aroma & flavor too is unique, I use it heavily on everything just like black pepper ie I use it with Carolina reaper powder & EVOO & salt on a tomato/avocado salad or with eggs & tomatillo salsa & chopped spicy peppers with melted Monterey Jack etc etc. I buy in big bags at Asian grocer & grind with coffee grinder & put in many diff pepper grinders or chew them raw sometimes for fun. good to hear they do so much, yesss! Also good to know the prickly ash is same bc that’s what I always buy bc Sichuans r way more expensive, & u can have a prickly ash tree! I have one & moringa, do a video on moringa dr li please! Also do a show with Rhonda Patrick u guys would get on well! Thanks again dr li ur the best!

Thinking Szechuan peppercorns I always thnk this:
One of my vintage fav recipes form Chef Chu (SF area) Distinctive Cuisine of China with Szechuan peppercorns: The STAR item is last on the list but packs a hefty and memorable punch. Sauce is simple but amazing.
Blanched chicken strips (skinless and boneless when served)... or other protein, tofu, veg of choice
    SAUCE:
    2 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 sm garlic cloves, minced or pressed
2 green onions (white and green), minced
    1/3 C soy sauce
    2 tsp hot chili oil
    3 T red rice vinegar
1 1/2 T sugar (swap for allulose or other sweetener of choice)
    1 tsp sesame oil
pinch or so of smashed or ground Szichuan peppercorns (I like a small little bite to it)
    Chinese parsley for garnish
Delish when dipped in sauce and plopped over rice
