I had very terrible experience with ZOHO. HR's are very very worst there should have good people in HR team . As it display the initial impression about the company. I took many interview but his interview was worst of all.

I'm not related to IT field, but i still watched the whole video. Just to know what's happening in other field than my laboratory. The last statement could be related to my life when i was offered sales job though i was bsc chemistry graduate. I quit it after 2 years of regretting my decision in every single day.

Zoho is good, but they don't offer wfh or even work from hub office for non dev roles which makes no sense in 2023..

I can totally relate with you akka , as of now I am also working in a technical role in Cognizant and after my exposure to various roles in IT , I am also feeling that I must go into a Functional role like Business Analyst, Project/Product Management and I will definitely put my sweat out efforts for getting into that role akka. You can switch between streams...like from the development domain to other domains within Zoho. Perhaps you weren't aware of those options or you weren't informed about them. With your manager's approval, Zoho allows every employee in the organization to change streams internally once after completing a successful career path of at least one year.
Regardless, satisfaction at work is what everyone needs in the long run, even if they are well-paid. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors...!!!

Just wanted to add my input .. there are various tech roles like software developers ( front end : back end / full stack ) , data engineer , Machine learning engineer, Infra ( like DBA , network , security , messaging queue ) .. for data engineering and most infra python is good start ..
Also in general … beyond programming languages.. learn to create a logic design to problem .. and effectively communicate well ur thoughts process .. bcz language and tech changes over years .. these skills will be there for Ever.. and more over if one language is learnt then other can be finding differences and adopt ..
