Flat Hierarchy: Great work culture, easy mingling.
Learning & Entrepreneurship: Many ex-employees have started successful startups.
Ideal for Freshers: Great choice if you get a higher package compared to service-based companies.
Cons:
Tech Gap: Internal frameworks with poor documentation and performance issues.
Lack of Agile Practices: No strict deadlines, hard to track issues.
No Stock Options: Limited long-term financial benefits.
Limited Responsibility: Hinders growth.
Communication Skills: Limited improvement in English.
Product Quality: Some products not up to the mark.
Comfort Zone: Too comfortable, making it hard to adjust elsewhere.

Bro does tech stack matter? I joined a company as a fresher and I’m forced to work on Ruby On Rails framework. Will this make it hard for me to switch after few years? Openings for ROR is very less compared to other Frameworks. Also how hard is it to switch to a different stack?

Hello bro! I am not a zoho employee. But the way you are expressing about a corporate is not good for your career. In your view you are saying something but that should not be to the wider audience like social network. Every company has its own culture, standards and protocols. If you don't like something don't treat that as a content and speak publicly. I don't think you have even crossed 5+ years of exp as per your LinkedIn profile so speak but don't pin point any corporate name. Just a small advise.

Good at programming , 30 min you need solve the 2 question both medium problems , without using in build in function, level 3,5 hard problems 1 hour time,

hi bro, you also an employee of zoho, i want to ask you something that if a framework that used only in zoho how you gain more knowledge and experience in a tech stacks. if it is changed now or doing some freelance to gain this much of knowledge?
@@izazahamed7173 It completely depends on the team you work and how well you were convince your team to use new tech stack. Finally you'll get the ability to learn anything. So no worries. Eventhough we use internal frameworks we have to liberty to understand how those frameworks are made. I gained 3 years worth of experience in just an year at Zoho. I can easily compete in the market provided my English is good since college... and often take initiative for doing presentations, documentation etc...
