It might just be me, but I feel Penny’s design would remain intact in the Japanese version, while the American version would butcher her design in promotional material.
Back from a long planeride. Man am I tired, but damn is it good to know megabaz just uploaded. So refreshing, banger as always. Snes is my favorite retro console. So many good games, and a mighty impressive soundchip for its time. Unfortunately I can't tune snes samples, so I can't properly make snes covers yet. But I really hope to someday.
Fantastic work as always. So impressed. Finished this game a week or two ago, and the soundtrack has been stuck in my head. You did every instrument expertly.
That was a Masterpiece Right There (I'm yet to Play PBB, but I heard it's a lot of Fun), yet some of its OST that I was able to hear was a Soothe in the Ears, Jig's Up Penny is So Far My All-Time Favourite of the OST for now, so hearing your SNES-Styled Rendition of it just had me Mind Blown, Outstanding Accomplishment, and a Job Well Done ^v^)b
Please cover more of the game's awesome level themes! Refracting Emotions, Sudzsy Swings at the Natural Springs, Balearic Birds... Those are just my favorites.
@@megabaz9 KMFDM Son of a Gun (big shot remix) basically KMFDM's son of a gun in the style of Big Shot I figure it'd fit because both son of a gun (a super hero parody made by KMFDM) and spamton neo are a bit unhinged and powerful
Completely random, but could I possibly use this for the end slate of my videos? Would gladly give credit because I think your rendition of this song is phenomenal!
I'm not an expert, this sounds like a lot of channels at the same time. Is this an ideal scenario where you can use everything for the music or would there still be room for sound effects?
Video game music tipically uses all of the available channels, temporarily repurposing one or more for when a sound effect needs to be played, that's why some instruments "disappear" when there's too much sound effects playing in the game, I'm sure there are some games that always leave a couple channels empty for sound effects tho
This song is honestly such a bop already, but that SNES flavor really fits, and the samples you picked? Flawless, this is so fun!
Thank you! It's good to see you here!
@@megabaz9 Yes sir, you've been popping off for a while, happy for you gang! 🙏🏿
everyone suddenly making incredible snes music is giving me a serotonin overdose
0:23 I think this is my favorite sample. Reminds me of the dog Gabe that a lot of people were sampling for YTPMVs.
Omgggg that's true lmao
Where is that sample from?@@megabaz9
Only one word i could describe this song with: "Groovin”
If this was a SNES game, I imagine it as having a prerendered CGI style in a similar vein to Mischief Makers.
It might just be me, but I feel Penny’s design would remain intact in the Japanese version, while the American version would butcher her design in promotional material.
I LOVE PENNY'S BIG BREAKAWAY
Oh man, remixes and covers for this already? We are in the best timeline!!
amazing

Have you tried furnace? They are easily tunable there, I usually play a perfect sine wave playing a C note in the background while trying to tune them
@@megabaz9Yeah I use furnace, I'm just not good at music lol. I will try your sinewave trick, see if that does it. Thanks!
This one will always get stuck in my head..
..now its gonna be even more stuck in my head
i cant get over how silly this sounds and i love it
Love seeing you around bro, your stuff is great!
thanks bro :)
Nice SNES cover of the song!😄🤩😎👌
Holy crap this is cool
This is so good! Penny's Big Breakaway is like a Sega Genesis remix I would like to listen to! The Jig's up!
Absolutely amazing! The samples picked here are perfect!

*I FREAKING NEEDED THIS*
YOU'RE A LEGEND, BAZ!!
Dude. Thanks for introducing me to this song man... this is amazing! Please do more SNES Arrangements!!!
sounds great thank
You picked the perfect samples for this, seriously.
yo-yos as main weapons in a 3d platformer are always good
this is an example of why
shout outs to Kirby and Earthbound for making this a thing
unbelievably goated

Hell yeah, let's go. I love the area-one theme for this game and hope to hear you do more. Penny's Big Breakaway soundtrack is peak
This is so good!! The true SNES experience!
thanks megabaz
I still have no idea if the composer specifically meant to reference Penny's Theme from the latest Wario Ware at 0:48
that would be insane
i am 100% sure Tee knew what he was doing
Groovy af
New megabaz music!!! 😄
woooo awesome
this goes hard on loop
this is great dude!! i love the samples!
Perfectly recreated ! Love how precise you redone hihats !
Please cover more of the game's awesome level themes! Refracting Emotions, Sudzsy Swings at the Natural Springs, Balearic Birds... Those are just my favorites.
Funky as hell. I love funky as hell. Keep it up!
Cool👍
yooooo sounds great!! definitely worth the wait! :3
Can you do Balearic birds next?
Yipee
Penny better be in the next smash.
So…who’s gonna tell them?
I really love this! And i think its much better than the original actually!
now that is truly 16-bit music accurate
this sounds more nostalgic than the original version, maybe because it is sequenced. haha
I like megabaz
We like megabaz
Megabaz is love.
Epic, I never new I needed 16 bit Penny in my life, please keep up the good work
Whut hell did you even made? 🥵
MY HOUSE IS ON FIRE WITH THIS ONE 🗣🔥
Keep up the PBB mixes! Oh what a joy it would be to play an snes inspired PBB. It would be epic
Second comment, but for your first time trying your hand at SNES this is really good! And yes, somebody did read the description ;D
Thank you for reading it haha
I think it remixing the track with the Sega Genesis would sound better in my opinion.
Love the Penny's Song WarioWare reference in this! Do a 16-bit version of that next!
astonishingly FUNKY
Love this song, just here to boost
1:34 This part was definitely my favorite part I think it sound better then the original
MWAH! Absolutely wonderful! This game is amazing!
I like video 🥳🎁
Very nice translation. Sounds groovy as hell. The extra mile would've been to make a new sound bank by recreating the synths and sampling them
Thank you!
This is really Konami sounding, I love it!
Lo mas duro que escucharas en tu vida 👹
yessssss
LOVE THIS SOUND!!❤
i need a pengo mix so badly
still making banger tracks as usual their has never been a time where I was not satisfied with your music
Thank you! :)
Yo, this is GREAT!
this gives me a fatal case of the =]'s
This sounds like route music from Pokemon Black and White
Chavo style, the song was fun. ;) Excellent. When compared to the original, this version sounds better.
Bro you should totally do a version of Idol by Yoasobi from Oshi No Ko, I bet it would be a total banger
hey dude! do you do remix requests?
Not really but what do you have in mind?
