there a better software support, like I have both realme X7 max & OP Nord 2 both have same processor but realme is filled with bugs that make that annoying to use like home button not working, brightness slider lagging these aren't issue in OP Nord, btw both (realme &OP) have ghost touch issues.

Still Using the OG NORD, battery running strong even after 4years. with BT, GPS and WIFI always ON. Basically everything is working good. Has the best camera when the light is right. No hassle! Looks sleek too!

i have 3t its still alive , i dont use it it just there in the house has an old sim that is connected to some bank account just to get sms etc, but it still works and if i use social media it still can do medium tasks.

If the camera quality were better, I would have preferred One Plus, but unfortunately, it falls short in this price range. Considering 4K video recording has become a standard feature, its absence is disappointing. On the other hand, the Poco X6 Pro offers impressive performance at a lower price point, making it a strong contender. However, I'm still undecided between the Poco X6 Pro and the OP Nord 4, as both performance and camera quality are crucial factors for me.
Mediatek is a issue
Poco x6 pro has heating and battery issues as mediatek 8200 ulta is a power hungry chipset and the batteries on poco are not well optimised, I do have poco x6 pro and honestly the camera performance is much worse than u think, the ois on poco isn't great at all just go for the nord 4

Till now no adds in my Motorola edge 50 pro apart from apps installed. No issue with battery management or heating issue. If the developers optimise the chip, because when I don't use the phone even in order it uses almost 6gb ram.

Because what made oxygen os, oxygen os was its software. Especially in the Nord series people considered it as a option due to its clean software experience with great specs for the price. But now you buy 1+ or Realme or Oppo all are same with just minor software change and design change.

I have Realme GT 6T. It came with very few bloatwares and most were uninstallable and rest can be disabled easily. Plus there's no security page pop-up after installing any app which is present in Nord 4. So I think Realme > OnePlus 😂
Please talk about how every OnePlus phone, even the high end ones aren't performing up to the mark.Even with flagship processor the phone throttles the performance even while being cool. Games which can run on 120 fps is getting average of below 60. This issue has been raised in many forums but no response or whatsoever is coming from officials.

I don't know why ,The tech guys are not mentioning that the Performance of the Nord 4 is underclocked/ caped . If you see the comparison btw Realme Gt 6T vs Nord 4 ,then you will notice the huge difference. And also the Cameras are average, and Oxygen os has no difference from Realme UI😢
We have been using oneplus since 1+1 and when they introduced oxygen os it was such a nice experience. It's unfortunate to see the path they have taken.

I'm still using the first version of Oneplus Nord and it's running great so far (for better performance you should keep around 30GB of free space). This year(2024), I wanted to upgrade to a new phone (under 40k) but didn't find a suitable phone to replace it. So, I decided to use this phone as long as it survives. And it seems that new budget phones are getting more expensive every year.
Now I feel like, Nothing brand is also a strategy of BBK electronics.
Basically they created a new brand as well.
Old brands are already established in the market.

I still dint get , how the performance can be 25% down compared to other brands with same chip-set and other ram/storage config. I guess that where the pricing has been brought down , its clocked down chip-set.

The Nord 4 has longer software support (more reliable as well), better performance and much better battery life.
The Motorola has better IP rating, faster charging speeds, arguably better display, cleaner software experience, more useful software features and wireless charging as well.
Depends on your priorities. I would go for the Nord 4, because of the better battery life, better CPU, flat display and metal body.

Was thinking to grab this one in the BBD Flipkart sale but my oh my I'm disappointed. I'm using my 4 years old Samsung Galaxy S20+ right now and the UI is soo good and simple. I switched from OnePlus 7T Pro and the 7T OS experience was amazing, the real Oxygen OS was a great deal back in the days but now as you guys said 'OnePlus = Realme' I don't want to switch to a device filled with ads, bloatware and poor user interface. Will decide between another Samsung, Motorola or Nothing now as they are doing good in the market as of now

Honestly I don't give a shit, my dad had owned a OnePlus 5T, and OnePlus Nord 2 (which I am using since he bought the iPhone 15 Pro) and before this phone, I had the Oppo Reno 2F, and frankly I have gotten used to the "bloated" feel and you could just use a app uninstaller via PC or Mobile I guess and the overall situation is like way better than it was in 2019 with popup ads about Hot Games and Apps.

I'm using Nord 4 and frankly speaking display and camera are let down on this device. It's like some less than 20k phone in these 2 departments. Moreover no Dolby audio too. Colours are bad on camera and on display too.
