I have been doing quick, 5-minute yoga stretches, flows, etc, in the morning, as a baby step to recommit to the practice, for around 3-4 months now and this is the best combination of what I need that I have found so far! It has the strengthening and stretching component down, and I'm left a little sore. I love the fast flow and the ending child's pose. But I especially love the DEEP breaths throughout that we are reminded to do. It keeps the tempo up. I love it! Thanks for this!

totally unrelated Jeff but I'm in so much discomfort right now and id be so grateful if you could offer some advice. my lower 4 abs is really tight and my acupuncturist says there are no muscle knots there. I believe it's another muscle somewhere near there that's contributing to the tightness im feeling. would u have any idea as to what it may be? lower back? I recently injured myself while I was doing some hip rotations so I'm not too sure what it could be.... please help me!!
I'm so sorry! Please check with your doctor as soon as you can if you're in pain. My only advice is that you take it easy, nothing strenuous until you've checked yourself out.

My downward facing dog posture is not right .. .My back is arched while I do it .. any remedy?
